This service is NOT very good! I had to call a number of times just to get them to answer the phone…read moreand when they did try reporting an issue and that took another week or more and no call back. I had to call the office to find out what was going on with my service. when they did come out two weeks later all the did was replace a little white box and said OK you all good now. far from it. my download and upload speeds suck! i did a speed test from my computer because that's what they said when they did come by and my results were just as bad as using the cell phone to run test. 1st 1.9/1.2, 2nd 2.9/ 0.2 3rd could not connect.
