This time it was due to crappy tires on our trailer & a blown out tire on the RV. Powell Tire fixed the RV where it was disabled & drove it back to their shop to check the other 5 tires. After replacing all the RV tires they checked ALL the tires on our truck & both trailers & assured us that we were good to get back on the road. The quality & speed of service deserves 10 stars, if that were an option. I would recommend Powell Tire to anyone & everyone living in, or just passing through, Roswell, NM.

None of that "pretend to care" customer service -- you could tell they genuinely enjoyed being there. Store was neat, employees were neat, and the whole vibe just felt... right. Wish we had more places like this because stores with this kind of service are getting few and far between. If you're anywhere near here, stop in. The vibe and aesthetic are relaxed and luxurious and it's immediately apparent that they're selling very good quality merchandise. I spent a lot of time looking at their custom shirts and sweaters and my husband spent a lot of time looking at their beef jerky. They have a local line called abduction jerky that had an amazing variety of flavors. On our first visit we were still checking out the downtown area so we grabbed some snacks and drinks and headed out but after touring the town a bit more and realizing what a gem this store actually is, we headed back before we ended our day so that we could pick up some more items.
