Can you imagine having your car break down in a desert in New Mexico? Yeah, not fun at all. I…read moreremembered I had a couple of friends in Roswell, so I asked them if they would be willing to make a recommendation for a place to have the car towed to. They recommended Roswell Tire and Appliance, and I'm so glad they did. They did us a HUGE solid! The owner of the shop, Ron, listened carefully and asked what the car was doing, how it acted, and what was going on in general. I know that when a business owner asks YOU a ton a questions, he is interested in helping you first. I've found this to be rare, Ron managed to do the repair quickly, and the car ran beautifully back to Texas [we did an 11 hour drive last night]. Not only that, but wow, the repair wasn't terribly expensive. We couldn't recommend this place enough. They really did us a solid, and it was so great to have a guy listen to us and hear our complaints about the car before he even got started on it. You don't get service like that very often. Highly recommended, they're awesome.

Originally I came into the shop because one of my tires was consistently losing air and I needed it checked. There was a nail in the side and tire had to be replaced. New tires on the front and the older tires on the back. Good deal was made and I was taken care of immediately. Great experience, I will make Roswell Tire and Appliance my tire place. Rita K

This other female asked (rudely, again), have you ordered with us before and I responded this is my first time. I'd think she'd be more nice to new customers but I'm wrong again, she asked what my name was (rudely) and I gave it to her...I just couldn't do it. I just hung up.
