Can you imagine having your car break down in a desert in New Mexico? Yeah, not fun at all. I…read moreremembered I had a couple of friends in Roswell, so I asked them if they would be willing to make a recommendation for a place to have the car towed to. They recommended Roswell Tire and Appliance, and I'm so glad they did. They did us a HUGE solid! The owner of the shop, Ron, listened carefully and asked what the car was doing, how it acted, and what was going on in general. I know that when a business owner asks YOU a ton a questions, he is interested in helping you first. I've found this to be rare, Ron managed to do the repair quickly, and the car ran beautifully back to Texas [we did an 11 hour drive last night]. Not only that, but wow, the repair wasn't terribly expensive. We couldn't recommend this place enough. They really did us a solid, and it was so great to have a guy listen to us and hear our complaints about the car before he even got started on it. You don't get service like that very often. Highly recommended, they're awesome.

He said he pumped over 200 gallons of dirty water out of the house. There was a staggering difference from beginning to end. Jason was professional and gave us a great price. The house smelled so fresh when he was done. Desert Palms is also a member of Local First Arizona and I always try to support locally owned businesses whenever possible.
