Honestly, a perfect 10/10 experience. -- I recently purchased a condo in West LA and wanted to remodel shortly after. I searched many places for cabinets and countertops from West LA to East LA. I ended up checking out Cabazon a bit randomly and from the minute I stepped in, Michelle greeted my family and me and I knew this place was going to be different. This is my first home and first remodel so I was going into this remodel with almost no knowledge. Michelle was amazing. She was extremely patient in answering all of our questions about every detail about a remodel - cabinets, sinks, countertops, bathrooms, vanities, range hoods, windows and more. What was even better is that I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me at any point in any of our many conversations. She was very honest and genuine sharing her true thoughts of what is worth paying for and what probably isn't. Michelle was really the key behind our great experience at Cabazon. Not only did she teach us just about everything we needed to know, but she also helped design our kitchen with fully measured diagrams - perfectly! Not only that, but she also has a degree in interior design so she had awesome suggestions and recommendations! And even more so, she connected us with our contractor! Our original contractor didn't work out so we were searching for another one, and Michelle connected us with an awesome contractor! And for those of you that are hesitant to explore the San Gabriel area because of no or weak Chinese skills, Michelle's English is excellent! Michelle also didn't disappear after we purchased the materials from her. She was extremely responsive with all of our needs throughout the remodel - answering additional questions, making additional purchases, replacing pieces that were damaged in transit, coordinating with our contractor - literally everything we needed! Okay, I'll stop talking about how awesome Michelle is. The quality at Cabazon is also awesome. We ended up going with the white shaker cabinets and granite countertops. We went with a modern theme in our condo and these were perfect. The cabinets and drawers feel very sturdy and strong - not cheap flimsy wood. All the doors and drawers are built with slow close - got to love that. The granite selection was great as well - had a strong range of colors. They also had other countertop materials as well, but we wanted to stick with granite after discussing with Michelle. And all of these came at a really great price. Also, again, without going through the feeling that all Cabazon wanted to do was to push me to buy expensive materials. All in all, Cabazon / AAA is a great business with excellent materials but even better customer service. Prestige wasn't the cheapest but he seemed the most experienced and knowledgeable in bringing that vision to life. It's true what they say - you get what you pay for!!! Amin and his team helped us navigate issues that came up including for example when I ended up not liking the original countertop I had picked before hiring Prestige. I told Amin about the issue and he brought me some samples that aligned with my vision and his design know-how and we were able to move forward without delay. The layout continually had to be adjusted due to poor measurement application. Even after the plan was complete, several cabinets were incorrectly made and significant workarounds implemented. We like the look of our wood plank tile, but it will never been sound. Several loose tiles have been replaced and more is needed. I don't think it will ever be 100%. Getting tiles replaced is like pulling teeth, uncomfortable and painful.
