I have my cabinets maybe three years. Within the first 6 months one drawer completely fell apart. I called the warranty department who said that it was not covered under their warranty. Now I have my second drawer that has fallen apart. I took what money we have saved up to fix our outdated cabinets. Now I am left with two hole where drawers should be. We are a family of 8 with several special needs children and I am myself now disabled. I can not believe the warranty on your products is not better than this. I should be able to open my drawer and not have it fall apart in my hands. read more

Major let down! TERRIBLE communication. First off, let me say we are still in the middle of the challenges with this company. From the start, it was a solid good experience. Jason (Design and Salesman) was a pleasure talking with and there was no sales pressure at all. He was happy to help all we needed and made adjustments as necessary. Then, we signed and ordered. We had hoped on two weeks from ordering to completion. Jason let us know it would be about three weeks and we were ok with that. We needed SPEED though as we had a house we moved into that had major hidden water damage. Cabinets had to be removed immediately and I did that myself. With everything else I was working on, we decided to have them install. THEIR contracted installer came out to verify measurements. SPACING was measured as part of the install. The install was $2300 Cabinets were $5000. This should have been a major red flag as when he arrived, none of the drawings he was referencing were correct. I had to supply him with the updated plans agreed upon at the Laverne store. We had issues and corrections to the order had to be made. Spacing was and is STILL off, as shown in the photos. This is where the issues began. Jason told me I needed to call the installers for install time frame and to communicate with them. He couldn't help at this point. He gave me the installers phone number and I spoke with Olga. We waited the three weeks and followed up with a phone call. Still no cabinets had arrived at the installers location. So, we waited another week, now four and learned they'd arrived. As they assembled the cabinets at their site, many pieces were damaged- but no one told me... Rather, still waiting I started getting emails from Cabinets to Go's Customer Service. Trying to figure out what was going on, I replied to the emails and CC'd everyone, including the installer. I was told this is how they handled issues like this and replacement parts were being ordered. Fast forward 3 more weeks and I call the installer and find out all our parts are BACKORDERED at least 90-120 days! In the meantime, Corey from the installers company did a great job hanging our cabinets, per the specification at Cabinets-to-Go, but many parts were not ordered correctly! Several key pieces were not accounted for- cover panels were not accounted for and again....on backorder. Spacing needed to be adjusted around our fridge too as drawers were hitting the range. Measurements were not correct. The fridge and range are too tight and spacing needs to be adjusted. Damage is occurring and reading the warranty info, damages caused by IMPROPER install are not covered! We were supposed to have had the island set up to house our microwave. None of those parts were sent to the installers. That is still not fixed. At this point in time, writing this on 10-28-2021, none of the adjustments have been made. We are waiting for parts to come in...someday. The installer is probably not happy with Cabinets-to-Go as they are forced to return to job sites over and over. We don't have our cabinets completed, the installer won't come back out to fix the spacing on the range and fridge. We can't finish our kitchen backsplash. Phone calls go nowhere, emails and complaints are answered with- "I'll forward your concerns". No one will talk to us... Corporate Customer Service is useless and tells us only they will "escalate the matter". Still, no one will talk to us. FULL PAYMENT has been made to Cabinets-to-Go and there is NO COMPLETION date in sight. If backorder info is correct, we are looking at January next year! Order placed and finalized August 30. Initial Install was Sept. 23rd. at four weeks from order- acceptable. Still no word on backordered pieces; One complete cabinet, several doors, valance panels, etc. Install is incomplete and without adjustments the fridge cabinet will be damaged and the cabinets will be damaged from the fridge. Cabinet doors are not aligned either. One hits the fridge on the corner each time it is opened and closed. The island microwave area is going to stay this way as we gave up asking for it to be fixed. It's not worth it. Prices are low but you get what you paid for. Using their own contracted installer will give you overall discounts on the actual cabinets but its a trap. You can easily spend thousands on all the things the "basic install" doesn't cover and since they'll leave you with your kitchen half torn apart, kinda essential to getting it finished. As for the install itself, the installers rushed the install, left marks all over the cabinets, and were very difficult to work worth. And the people at Cabinets to Go haven't seemed too concerned to get this fixed. It has not been two months since my initial installation date and the issues still have been remediated. I still have one big main cabinet that still has no shelves. read more

The product was delivered on time. However, the installers of the counter tops were so bad they damaged the walls, chunks out of the drywall, damaged the paint. Cabinets2go were completely disingenuous as they said they would take care of the damage. They did not take care of and did not respond to any phone calls about the problem to the corporate office. The local office passed the buck to corporate. Unsatisfied customer for sure and would not recommend due to the company not addressing damage to kitchen walls requiring drywall repair and repainting of kitchen. read more

I purchased new cabinets in 08/2021 I had to call to see if cabinet was coming It will arrive in oct, it will arrive in Jan, it will arrive in April always an excuse. Billed my bank immediately although,' cabinet were not installed yet. When some cabinets were put in did not have the dishwater panel so had to order another color to be installed then called because molding was not ordered then ask for marble counter to be rounded that did not happen either long story short this sales person was horrible smart mouth no solutions Company just as bad called no answer most of the time just crabs your money bad service some cabinets were stained just settled in the end to complete my kitchen with a cabinet 6 inches shorter than the one I have been waiting for almost one year. Teri at Cabinets to Go was very knowledgeable and helped us design our pantry. My father is a carpenter and approved of their cabinets. The cabinets were shipped quickly and super easy to out together over the course of a week (while working full time). I also have slide out drawers, which is a must for me. These cabinets allowed me to get exactly what I needed at a fraction of the price. I'll be back to finish the rest of my kitchen next year. read more

Worst customer service ever!!!!! If you can get them to return your call, or reply to your email request for quotes, you might or might not be able to receive any information about their cabinets. I have been trying to reach someone since last Tuesday. I finally got in touch with a sales rep. I spent an hour on the phone she took my information and told me I would have a quote that evening or next morning. I have yet to receive a quote, and when I called this afternoon, I was told that no one was even working on it and that they had 15 orders to do before me... I'm building a 4300 square foot house... and will not be using cabinets to go.. their loss read more

Ordered a vanity and top at the Lavergne, Tn store. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I assembled the base with no issues then unpacked the top. I found the upper surface covered in a gritty material that won't come off. Also, found many fine scratches, it looks as if the manufacturing process was not not complete or a botched repair was attempted. I returned to the store only to to be told they don't handle customer issues, that I must call their 1-800 number. I'm sure their customer assistance staff is located off shore somewhere meaning they can't properly relate to my concern. I was told to take a picture which was quite challenging as the top surface is mottled in appearance and light in color making the defects very difficult to catch by photo. Still it is very easy to see and touch, however, I managed to send my best picture showing a wide band of gritty substance. Now they want another and I just don't know how to demonstrate the problem via photo any better. I feel screwed by this whole experience. read more

My experience with cabinets to go couldn't have been better. I started out with Maggie, who helped me design my kitchen. Then Tamisha and Teri who helped me with my bathrooms - then back to Maggie - to add a pantry. Everything was seamless and on time. NO- RUN AWAY! The people are friendly but the products are junk- you think you are saving when ultimately you are not because in the end it ends up being the same if not MORE than big box stores once you add trim, panels etc- as for parts, well no one tells you up front they are back ordered and once you order you are stuck- many of our doors warped chipped and painted over - there were more defective pieces than good non defective- in the end when you have questions no one seems to be able to help - there are NO full instructions if you doing it yourself. It would be nice if they had an install CALL LINE to help for the prices they charge! And for counters- they charge at least 20% or more over other stores for same materials and install! Cabinets-To-Go was offering a 35% discount when I ordered my cabinets. I was told at that time it would be 3 weeks before I received them. I started my kitchen remodel accordingly. Three weeks goes by...no cabinets. I call them and am told a couple of the cabinets were in but others were coming shortly. Four weeks goes by...no more cabinets. I again contact them and am given an excuse about how busy, etc, etc. Promised them shortly. Five weeks goes by...no cabinets. Again, I contact them. Am given excuse that warehouse has moved from California to Tennessee and they were expertly them shortly. (I live in Tennessee 90 minutes up the road). Now everything in remodel is at a standstill waiting for these cabinets. I have no kitchen. Contractor has no job to come to. Six weeks goes by...no cabinets. I again have to contact them. They do not have the courtesy to contact me. Promised cabinets on following Tuesday truck. Bet you can't guess! No cabinets. I again have to contact them. Was told that their was a glitch in the inventory system at new warehouse and there was an emergency shut down. No cabinets. No truck deliveries. No anything. After seven weeks, cabinets arrive. This time they actually did contact me! Let a message on phone. Their way of making this right was to issue an additional 5% discount - which is what they were offering everyone at this time. No other compensations I would never deal with them again. No level of customer care. No adequate compensation for a seven week wait for cabinets that was promised a three week turn around time. Just didn't want anyone lose to experience this. If you don't care how long delivery of cabinets takes from warehouse to store or want to be kept informed about arrival, then you might want to deal with Cabinets-To-Go. I stumbled upon this place when my husband saw the sign driving home from work one day. We had just expanded our kitchen was looking for flooring and cabinets. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out a new layout for my kitchen and offered advise on things I hadn't even thought of yet. I purchased flooring and cabinets from here and love them! The quality is real wood and very sturdy. I am thinking about using them again to add some cabinets to my laundry room. read more
