I was told they would be in by the end if the week. This mind you after I was already told all but one cabinet (an upper which doesn't hold things up) was available. The end of the week came I had to call them for an update only to find out the cabinets were not there right color and would have to be refinished. Now it'll be another week to 10 days before I can finish my clients kitchen. A kitchen that normally takes only a week to demo and complete. My clients are not happy with their service as they are without a useful kitchen. Insult to injury there has been no apology, amends or remorse. It just good business to push to provide the product you promise making it priority especially when you mess up.

The install was near flawless and working with my sales guy Alex was like working with a friend, trying to find me better prices and helping me not over spend. They said that they would call about an hour before install, which they did, and had me fill out a survey asking about how everything went including if there was any damage done to your wall/floor etc. which there wasn't. We ran into some unexpected complications with the install of our counters and backsplash yet,…read moredespite it all, we felt like we were in good hands. The first complication was due to weather. We just happened to have our install scheduled for the week that once in a decade snowfall came. Needless to say, this required some flexibility to see what dates would work to re-schedule us. Monica made sure, though, that we are always kept in the loop and that the project would go ahead with minimal disruption. The second complication was due to a computer glitch that caused the wrong backsplash pattern to get assigned to our project. Unfortunately this was only discovered after it had been completely installed. My wife and I felt so bad that all that material and labor was wasted but Brett, the owner, was more concerned that we got what we wanted so he did what was needed to make things right. We are now very pleased with how everything turned out. This didn't play out as we expected but we have a fun story to tell and a great kitchen to tell it to our friends in =D To sum it all up, not that we wished for these wrinkles but they did show us how the company would respond when things were less than ideal and I can say wholeheartedly that they do put the customer first and will make sure you are left very satisfied with the end product. A special shout out as well to Kevin who brought the showroom to us, enthusiastically answered all our questions, and did a great job selling us on his company without being too pushy. Bonus points for the great suggestions on what options would work best with the kitchen.

I wish I didn't have to write this review: we had a great experience with the company a couple…read moreyears ago (so great that I served as a reference for them!), so when we needed help with a substantial primary bathroom renovation, they were our first call. Unfortunately, our experience this time around was terrible -- I cannot in good faith recommend them anymore. Giving two stars (rather than one) because the work quality was very good. Subs did a great job, were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. In the end, we didn't go over budget. But we paid a lot of money and experienced a lot of unnecessary delay and drama. In short, our project was a victim of poor communication and lack of ownership taking responsibility. We went through four project managers: the first went MIA on us, delaying the demo start by 6 weeks; the second hadn't read any of the project briefing and let us to believe none of our materials had been ordered; the third was too busy with other projects to make ours a priority; and the fourth was brand new, didn't really know what he was doing, and wasn't getting the oversight he needed from leadership. To the company's credit, they didn't end up charging us for project management--as we'd been doing a big portion of it ourselves. Ultimately, a project that should've taken 8-10 weeks took 16 weeks (and that's after the 6-week-delayed start). The thing that was most frustrating was that while Dan was fairly responsive to our outreach when things were regularly going wrong, he was also regularly pretty dismissive of our concerns and didn't take responsibility for all of the mistakes and screw-ups that were the result of his team's failings--failing to read the brief; failing to install underfloor heating and electrical that was in the brief, resulting in ripping up tile that had just been laid; failing to inspect goods on arrival so that they could be replaced when broken without delaying the project; failing to tell us about budget implications of design choices, etc. Dan will say I was mad when things went wrong, and that some of those things were out of their control. Yes, I was mad. But mostly I was disappointed that I trusted this company, and they took advantage of that trust.

Let me sum it all up this way: Excellent communication, quality, and craftsmanship! Job well done! We had temporary flooring in our house after some kitchen water damage. We had asked local online FB groups for recommendations and seen Fred's come up more than once as doing great work. I called and spoke with Michael and got some information from him. We made plans for a estimate of the job and he came out to our house. He was on time, or early and called prior to showing up. Here is where it gets good... Their prices were fair. Maybe not the cheapest, but that's ok. Cheap does not equate to great. Very fair quote. We decided to accept and paid 50 percent up front for flooring they had to order in from their nearby warehouse. Although a day late in confirming it had arrived, they Michael contacted us to let us know our materials had come in to their local shop in Murfreesboro and we made an appointment to start the work. Our family moved all the furniture out of the kitchen for them and when their crew showed up to begin work...guess who also showed up at the same time? MICHAEL! The sales person also came with the crew to inspect once again, check in with us and scope out the project once more. He inspected areas (under the dishwasher and refrigerator) he couldn't see before. He got on his knees and checked it all out. He discussed the project with the crew, said he'd be back to check in later and said goodbye. The crew got to work, tearing out sub-floor, tile backer and going to town on the demo. My ONLY constructive critique was that we were unprepared for the amount of dust...but I should have known better, Lol... Half the crew left to go pick up new sub-floor for the kitchen and the others kept working. Efficiency is their game! The project took two days, as planned and discussed. They worked late the first day to get it all done. Day two was hard work too. Now, we have new sub-floor, no more water damaged issues and they even got rid of a few squeaking floor areas that drove us nuts! Finally, when everything was done, Michael called to check in the next day. With two SMALL concerns, he came by the next day to check it out. All that was needed was a bit of silicone sealant in two areas and done. He had his guys come back out asap. HE personally was there each step of the way. Give the man a raise.... ;-) If you want dependability, honestly and a solid work ethic, give them a call... They cut ZERO corners and our floors look great!
