This company is one that the buyer should beware of. A person I am close to was in a medical treatment facility for 5 months. I wanted to get her home ready for her to come home. The floor needed to be replaced, and I went to a few places to get estimates. Cabinet warehouse was the one I chose. The staff seemed friendly and showed concern for my friend's wellbeing. They may have been, however, once the finances were handled and the flooring was installed that changed. 3 months after the job was done, the laminate flooring started swelling at the seams. I called cabinet warehouse for my elderly friend and a guy who said he was the owner shows up at her house. I was there to talk to him, and he stated that the flooring (which is supposed to be waterproof) was subjected to moisture (which it was not), and stated this is why the flooring was coming up and swelling. He then became angry with me and behaved in a way that made me feel physically threatened. My friend was traumatized by this behavior, so she just asked him to please leave. He shouted threatening remarks as he left her house, got in his car, and sped off shouting out of the window. The flooring problem was in an isolated area but has now expanded to other parts of the flooring done by cabinet warehouse. It is unsafe for her now to walk around in her home. Later, her family who lives out of state became involved and the same guy came out and proceeded to try to sell her on doing flooring in her kitchen. She is not wealthy, and is still making payments on the faulty flooring they installed, which cost over $6000. I have thought about this for months, and now I am ready to action. Mike Ewing, sales manager at Cabinets Warehouse Plus was extremely helpful and patient during the design and selection process. Mike came out to our home, measured for cabinets, countertop, tile backsplash, and flooring. Mike's design work, materials and labor estimate appealed to my wife and I so we agreed to have Cabinets Warehouse Plus proceed with our kitchen remodel. In advance of cabinets arriving, the Project Manager, Stephanie alerted me to eta of cabinets and how work would proceed. She outlined a tight schedule and seemed confident the various subcontractors would meet her schedule. I was skeptical of such a tight schedule. The work proceeded as scheduled and the quality of installation and workmanship by the various tradesmen was outstanding. Skilled tradesman deserve recognition in an era where few take pride in what they do. Danny and Paul removed cabinets (demo) and did drywall repair, texture and paint. They were punctual, respectful of home and skilled at work performed. Delivery driver Shaq was courteous and careful when handling cabinets at time of delivery. SPECIAL shout out to Cabinet tech/installer Paulo and Robson. Paulo's attention to detail and pride in workmanship sets him apart from many! I love the detail/compound cut in the crown molding where it meets sloping ceiling and the chase he fabricated to conceal the ducting for the vent hood!! When it came time to schedule the granite templating, Rochelle at The Granite Shop worked diligently to keep the project on schedule. The granite fabricators deserve mention, they were helpful and patient while my wife and I worked thru the template placement. Initially the granite was to have a seam which would have been fine, and certainly easier to install, however they prepared the granite without a seam. It looks great! Tile setter, Chris is skilled tile setter, he was diligent in concealing any 'pin holes' which typically show after initial application of grout, his work looks great. Floor installer, Matt was prompt, his installation looks great. Conclusion: Our experience with Cabinets Warehouse plus was outstanding. We received quality cabinets and other products for our kitchen remodel. The trades people were prompt, courteous and skilled. The installation schedule exceeded my expectations. read more

Bought and had them installed by then About 6 months later I noticed the planks were coming up. Called them. A man who claimed he was the owner of the business. He came in and told me that there was nothing wrong and basically I was stupid. The boards started coming up worse and there were air pockets on the floor and very hard to walk on We called them several times with no response. My wife and I took pictures and we took the ride to the store and spoke with the manager. She had one or their representatives come out. He saw what was happening and told me he needed to bring his boss to see. Came back with his boss. He swore it was caused by water damage. Never had a flood. He ran around checking under the sinks and the water heater for leaks. Of course the place was dry. Hie then said there had to be a leak from somewhere. The boards were coming up so my wife suggested he pull it up further which he did and found it was completely dry. He told me that he would contact the supplier which he did.. The company sent out an independent inspector. He told me that he wouldn't be able to give me the results that Cabinet Warehouse would forward the results to me. I did call and spoke with the representative who told me he would send it to me. A couple of weeks went by and never got it. I called the gentleman that did the inspection and explained what was going on. He gave me the person to call to get the report. I did get the report from the inspectors office. Then received a call from a gentleman from the company. The gentleman told me that I probably would not understand it so he was nice enough to explain it to me He said that the floor was not properly leveled and they left no room for expansion. I contacted cabinet warehouse. They were kind enough to tell me if I paid for the new flooring they would install it for half the installation I wound up going to small claims court and won. I have not received the payment from them. At this point I am looking into getting a lawyer to help me get the money I deserve. I can't understand why they would want to go to court and pay the legal fees on top, but this is their problem. Will also go after them for senior abuse. read more

Had them design and install beautiful white shaker cabinets with a fantasy, brown countertop, with upper cabinets as well, in a space in my office that was about 12 feet long. it is absolutely gorgeous! Perfect workmanship! This added so much more storage, space, countertop, space, and seating space for our office and it looks fantastic. Also, had them remodel an office building I purchased. They put in all new high gloss white porcelain tile floors with perfection. They put in the bathroom cabinets, granite, countertops, toilets, and all the lighting and mirrors. They even stalled a tiled shower for me. So happy with all of their work!! I love to show it off! Also, they are currently putting in a new kitchen in my mom's house right now after it flooded during the hurricane this past September. They ripped out all the damaged stuff (walls, cabinets, wood floors). They repaired walls, repaired and replaced floors to match (leveling an existing floor which was slanting downward on one side), put in all new cabinets and are about to install the granite backsplash and shelving. They also put in all new Quartz countertops in my house in kitchen and 3 bathrooms...with full height backsplashs! They took care to perfectly layout the viens to line up with each other at the seams. They also put in all new luxury plank vinyl in my upstairs and on my stairs With new baseboards! Super impressed. Super happy. The workmanship is top-notch and they've been great to work with. I have continued to choose them and will keep choosing them! Highly recommend them!!! Hello! My name is Ashley and I am the Scheduler at Cabinet Warehouse Plus. I just wanted to say I absolutely love working here and working with Joe. I am writing back in regards to a post recently made by Aaron D. We hired him and his co-worker as subcontractors for cabinet installs. We had a customer who needed cabinets installed and we decided to have them go on the job do the installing. Aaron and his co-worker were on this job for two days, they turned in a bill to the company for a 100% complete job but the job was not complete. They were paid for half of the total bill. The customer needed the job finished ASAP due to personal reasons and when we needed them to go back out there, they could not accommodate the customers schedule so we then had to have one of our employees go complete the install. So no we are not a bad place to work for and we do have amazing technicians and if something does happen at a job our team here will correct the problem. Joe is an amazing boss with a very very big heart, he always makes sure we get the hours to take care of our families, and he's very understanding. So back to the comment made from Aaron, if you had completed the job 100% you would have been paid in full and we would have loved to continue working with you. We worked with Joe at Cabinet Warehouse Plus on a previous house - remodeled the kitchen, painted and replaced flooring throughout. We loved the results and the price was reasonable! The new buyer said the kitchen was the reason she bought it! We downsized to a condo and had them paint and lay tile. When we were ready to remodel we called Joe to replace the outdated kitchen having cabinets so small you couldn't use them. With their help the kitchen was reconfigured and given a modern update/open feeling by removing a wall and adding a bar for extra seating. Love the cabinets, granite choice, matching of same tile flooring! Our choices of farm sink, hardware, lighting, and window shutters allowed us to add a personal touch which they accommodated. This project took longer than what we had planned - delays in delivery (not their problem), wrong order (their mistake, they admitted it and quickly reordered). Mike helped me find beautiful Victorian Ash luxury plank vinyl flooring at a great price to fit my needs. I redid my entire condo and it looks fantastic. Mike was honest, kind, and easy to get in touch with. After seeing all of the mermaids in my condo, he started calling me "little mermaid," which was sweet and a testament to how much attention they pay to their customers. The installers were fun and personable and have years of experience. After the initial install, there were a couple of small areas that I was not 100 percent happy with. I emailed Mike, and then the owner of the company called me himself to ask what they needed to do to make sure the job was exactly what I had wanted. The installers came back out quickly, redid the couple of areas, and made the floors look perfect. This is not a big company with a fancy showroom and expensive commercials. It was a great experience! First, they had a huge selection of cabinets and IN STOCK. So no waiting there unlike more places I checked. My kitchen came out incredible. The sales folks, installation crew and the entire team went above and beyond. Mike Klein, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable in the industry being a former installer and was with me every step of the way. I never felt like the project was stalled or in jeopardy or out of the loop, just goodness. They are a great team, and even went there were glitches, they jumped thru hoops to rectify. They were ver accommodating on scheduling a coordinated appointments painlessly w electrician, plumber, etc... I had Home Depot and Lowe's do diagrams, and both had a big dead spot in the corner. Not with Cabinet Warehouse Plus, I got two lazy susans as part of their design and no dead spot. Oh, and the prices? The lowest I found. And they had great financing options too. We had flood damage from Hurricane Idalia. The exterior of our house has stucco over block and the water lifted the stucco so we had to have stucco taken off and replaced and the house painted. We also had some flood damage in the interior and had to have paneling taken down and dry way put up and painted. Nick Payne was the supervisor for our job and was wonderful!! He was in contact with us for every stage of repair and when the work crews came he came and checked on their progress. The workers that were sent to our house were very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We felt that they really cared about our house. We bought some vinyl flooring at the store in Hudson in November, which we installed ourselves and were very happy with the quality and service. So impressed that we returned for a carpet a couple of months later. We were going to install it ourselves, but the prices were so reasonable, we decided to have it installed. What a great decision! The installer, Gary Riddel was fast, experienced, and very professional. He did a much better job that we would have and in a matter of hours the carpet was installed.
