Bought a Wathen Castanos and came with Cabinet Connection. I could not be happier with their product. More importantly my wife loves the cabinets. JCW Cabinetry gave us black diamond beautiful white cabinets. I have 3 little children and they open and slam cabinets all the time. Update to response: I most certainly did not choose true white cabinetry from day 1. If I had, the correct trim color would not have shown up at my house a month after the install. This company lies. Stay far away from these horrible people that will blame you for their screw ups. I even have the samples of the colors I was supposed to get, not white. After that response I can't even begin to express how angry I am. It would have been better to have no response at all. read more

These guys did our kitchen cabinets of our new home - for that they get 4 . THEN we asked them to add a matching bar with cabinets after we moved in. WHAT A DISASTER! It took them nearly 4 months and 6 visit to get it right! 3 times in a row the cabinets that came from Canada arrived damaged and they REFUSED to pay for an expedited delivery of a replacement and they kept ordering it to arrive on the next truckload 3-5 weeks later! Your salesperson has no say in it either! Everything is "ruled" by the owner Don't expect ANY worthwhile concessions from these guys if things go wrong. All you'll get is "wow so sorry - let me see what I can do!" NOT MUCH! read more

Terrible customer service. I would recommend to go elsewhere if looking for cabinets. They do not stand by their product. They blame any and all damage on water. These cabinets are expensive and should be able to handle normal wear and tear of a kitchen. Even the drawer fronts that are not near an oven or the dishwasher are all chipped and faded. read more

I asked Dominique if I can bring my drawer in so they can show me how to put the drawer clip in. She said I would need to have a tech come out that cost 90$. The tech came out with the wrong clips and said he was not told what clips I needed, Luckily I had picked up a few clips, weeks prior to attempt self installing them(the tech had no idea I had a couple.)-we were one clip short and even after paying 90$ for repair 1 of my cabinets is still broken. When the tech and I called Domonique about the short clip she was EXTREMELY unprofessional and had a attitude. My appointment was at 1pm, I let the tech come early 40 min early-i'm not sure how all of a sudden the tech had a different appointment at 1; when my appointment was at 1. I clearly said 3 drawers- which meant 2 clips per drawer. You should have gave me a sufficient amount if you were going to use the FREE clips thats I picked up. I offered to go get the clip if the tech could wait, but that wasn't an option for her.Now she wants me to bring the drawer to the office so someone can show me how to put in the final clip. What was the whole point of her insisting a tech come out, when I wanted to bring the drawer in initially so they can show me and she told me no. Since the work wasn't completed my service should be refunded or discounted if I have to complete the job. I would like management to reach out to me rsamra2006@gmail.com. I'm really surprised by the 1 star reviews. This is the second new construction in which we've hired Cabinet Connection. First project was a high end home with custom kitchen & laundry room cabinets, 2nd was a guest house with custom kitchen cabinets, 3 bathroom vanities & 5 different closets. Eddie, our sales rep, was excellent! His communication & attention to detail was top notch! We had multiple revisions to our layout & cabinetry selections to accommodate changes in construction, as well as for value engineering purposes. As with ANY construction, there are always a few things that need adjustment or fixing, Eddie was prompt at addressing all our concerns and items that needed attention. Additionally, the value of the finished product and the service we received was fantastic! In the bidding phase, we received bids from other cabinetry companies that were much more expensive, or they were unresponsive, or both! We are also contractors and this gives us a unique perspective on vendors. I highly recommend Cabinet Connection! read more

I have contacted this company several times trying to get work done and they are too flaky to get back to me. I've talked with Mark three times and each time he assures me he will send me a bid and sample.This has been ongoing for 6 weeks. They did the original cabinet work on my new house, so I thought it would be easy to have them do new stuff. Apparently they don't want my $20,000 for more cabinets.... Avoid this place - I hate flaky contractors/businesses. At least I know they are terrible BEFORE I hired them! read more

My cabinets and hardware are installed. All good. Terrific quality. Great workmanship and finish. Friendly installation crew. Cabinet Connection was my builders cabinet sub contractor but I never felt like I was settling using them. If I need cabinets in the future I'm going back to Eddie and Cabinet Connection. read more

Will & staff know their stuff, where other companies we had bid the job just asked us more questions on how we could help them, If you are looking for cabinets, give them a call. Horrible! The finished work looks unprofessional. I purchased upgraded cabinets for my new home built with these guys and regretted it immediately when I moved in. Since day one I have had issues with the cabinets: chipped corners, separation in the doors, not aligned correctly. They have been out to my home serval times and "corrected" the issues. Which by the way, if you have a job it's very inconvenient to have to take so much time off just to come and babysit the workers to make sure they do what they said they would do. Only to have the issues eventually appear again. Their workers are a huge joke. Not nice and very condescending. Save your time, money, and sanity and look somewhere else.
