After seeing a cabbie recommend a Cabbie Shelter to Anthony Bourdain as the only true cure for a hangover (and reading the awesome history on these wondrous little buildings) we had to make this a breakfast stop while in London.
We chose the "Breakfast stick" with a tea on the side and wow, what a filing meal! Think fried egg, sausage and bacon with HP sauce on a hoagie bun for around 4-5 pounds. Quickly served, elicious and SO MUCH FOOD!
This particular stand is at Grosvenor Gardens on the west side of the north garden, just a few blocks from Victoria Station. read more
