Also, the site was glitchy when trying to type out words on the memo line. After successfully placing my order for a next day delivery, I called the business and spoke to Giovanni. He was so kind and helpful in answering my questions. He reassured me that my note with the service information was received. Later in the day, I received an email stating the arrangement was out for delivery. This worried me because I was afraid the flowers would wilt. I called the business again, and a kind gentleman answered. He told me they deliver a day early for services, and that the funeral home would have a flower room, where flowers are stored in a refrigerated room. I asked that he send me a picture of the flower arrangement. After I got off the phone, I received a text with an image of the arrangement. It looked even better than the online photo. I also received a text confirming the flowers were delivered. They were able to deliver the flowers all the way to Colton Funeral Home in Colton, where my dad's service was being held.
