The steam pork dumplings were delicious- tender, flavorful, not gummy at all. Light but filling! For main meals- Clear Tom Yum soup with shrimp: excellent flavor! Lots of shrimp and mushrooms and the perfect balance of heat and flavor. I adore good Tom Yum and struggle to find it on the Peninsula but this is one of the two best I've had worldwide. Pad Chow Mein- we got one chicken and one pork. The meat was a touch dry, but there was a decent amount of nice, light broth/sauce in the bottom. The noodles were perfect and tons of great veggies. Pad Prik Gluer Tofu- I'm not a tofu fan and even I loved this! The crispy shallots/onions were amazing (also needs to be sold by the buck!) and overall just killer flavor. Garlic Chicken- this one has some allergies so they made sure to leave off soy/gluten for us. The fried garlic on top was wonderful and the perfect texture addition, and everything was fresh and steamed perfectly. The Thai Iced Teas were fantastic as well, rich and creamy and still light. A simple Jasmine hot tea worked nicely for the rest of us. We will be back and will definitely be bringing friends.
