He asked for an advance payment, approximately $1,000 (half of the job), but I didn't have that much cash on me at the time. I paid him $200, and he said he was going to place the order. I called back a couple of weeks later, and he said I never paid him. He took my money, claimed I never paid for the order, and said he never wrote my order down and therefore it was not valid. He claimed that he would only give me the money back if I accepted that I just wanted $200, even if I was just getting the money I was scammed back. I let him keep the money but am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.
