Food service was terrible why would you leave a person in special needs taking orders.. We take the order and he repeats the order to us and it was wrong we clear the confusion so we wait more then 30 minutes (with no one inside completely empty) for the food to arrive just to be disappointed... a soggy peace of bread covered in butter and the entire order was wrong.. try yo tell them that it was wrong and they said and I quote.. "you ordered it wrong" and then you ask for a tip? You gotta be joking.. it was terrible and the ambiance was horrible. 0/10 do not recommend.

I ordered an octopus empanadilla since in the area you cant go wrong with them. I never expected something that smelled weird, let alone taste weird. It is a rule of thumb to not eat seafood that smells weird. I informed the cashier and made the question of when they were made. The people working there didn't know when they were made. If your own kitchen staff doesn't know when the food is made then you got a serious problem. Will not be recommending nor providing a good word of mouth.

As mentioned above, we went to the Plaza el Caribe food court location but the menu was very limited so we chose to go to another nearby location. Menu was more extensive, but I was disappointed that they no longer had yuca fries on their menu. I ordered the pavo (turkey) sandwich which was 5.99. It came with their special white queso and a little bit of lettuce and diced tomato. It was a bit dry (needed more mayo) and was skimpy on the pavo. I ordered the natural cut fries and they were really good, but not hot and fresh (1.99 lg). My friend ordered the cubano sandwich and he really enjoyed that along with the corn surrillos (fritters) and a pastel de yuca (yuca soup). I had one surrillo and it was too dry and I tried a spoonful of the soup and it was really tasty. It reminded me of butternut squash soup. Overall, our meals were still good, dining room was very clean (outdoor seating as well), employees were friendly, and the prices are amazing (26.15 total). Parking was very congested and tight (park on the street if you can).

Fries have always been cold, macaroni salad is hard, macaroni & cheese is decent. Chicken is okay. Service is craptacular. AC is hella cold. They have the best dessert I've ever seen at a fast food spot. Volcano chocolate cake...and biscuit ice cream. That's right. A delicious Church's honey biscuit covered in soft serve and chocolate syrup. You can't argue with that. PS I got epic stomach cramps the first time I ate here...as in, I HAVE TO POO RIGHT NOW.

Only downside is the music AT the restaurant is... a choice? I'm a 43 year old gringo and the music caters to my parents generation.
