Fair price, and cheaper then their competitors for a quick pick-up/drop-off. I found them to be about half the price compared to their competitor, for a mile and half drop. The driver was friendly. read more

I would give them a -10 stars if I could. 99% unreliable. Cancels at the last minute even when you reserve a week ahead of time. Last time they ditched us (not tomorrow morning, which they just informed us wasn't going to happen), it was a ride TO the airport that we found out about just barely in time to have a friend take us. They have a contract with the medical whatever to take patients to/from appointments and that prevents them from being a real cab company. They usually only have one driver because everyone else quits or gets fired after a few days. read more

If I could have given this service ZERO stars, I would have. We have waited for an entire HOUR for the cab to get to our location (home) so we could get to our destination (Fun City). Then we called the cab more than an hour ago for the return trip home. We waited for more than an HOUR before the cab FINALLY arrived. Needless to say, we're seriously disappointed in the cab service to the point where we're just done with the cab company! read more

Multiple times I have called and been told ten minutes. Much longer. When I called back this last time to see how much longer, got told they haven't dropped yet. Then got told they will cancel the call and hung up. read more

Dont really appreciate some of the dispatchers being rude..asked for a cab at 7:00am the lady said "no!" loudly she said she was booked she could do 7:15 they never sound happy always dull there voice tone changes when i call back to cancel read more

Wish I could give this a ZERO star rating. This cab is a COMPLETE rip off. A2Z is cheaper than these people! I got a cab from my house to the bank and the total was $50! Never riding In this cab again. read more

Called at 8:15pm for a cab. They didn't come to get me until 10! If you don't have enough cards to run your business, get moe or stop the business. This is the third time this has happened with them. And the lady that answers the phone is SO rude. I don't suggest anyone use this cab company! read more

Another 15'min pass i call again and she informs me...im sorry he was headed the opposite direction hes on his way now! Shouldnt taxis have the same procedure as pizza places 30 min or less or its free??? Or atleast half the cost since what started out as a half hour turned into an hour and a half! Get more cabs and compitent drivers and dispatchers! read more

Dan is the man! I had 2 previous bad experiences with Yellow Cab. They had me, a plus sized woman in the backseat with 2 people twice my size and their laundry and a front seat passenger. I requested the cab stop and I got out. It was never addressed but I decided to give them a second chance. Dan made it right and got me to my destination and I wasn't propositioned or bribed by a co-rider. I had an amazing ride. Solo ride should be an option if you stay you will pay double the fair just to do so!!! Thank you Dan!! Tell Howie Charlene loves him!! read more

Wasnt a good ride but on top of there he overcharged me and got away with it wrong business

This company is unprofessional. I called to reserve a cab for work and they were 10 minutes late, so when I called to ask where my cab was I was told that it was on it s way and they didn't know where it was. With them not showing up on time I was late to work on several occasions. On another day I called for a cab, I could hear the lady arguing with someone on the back about who would be talking my time call and who had the book. The person on the phone was very rude and wouldn't listen to me and was telling whoever in the back that I wasn't answering her. read more

Terrible service gave them an address to go to for a pick up and they somehow go to the wrong place twice! Then just give up and never come get absolutely worthless. read more

Absolutely the worst! My driver was an hour late and very rude. He threw my luggage like it was a bowling ball and drove like he was on grand theft auto. I missed my flight and had to purchase new tickets and spend a day and a half in 2 different airports. Because there was no connecting flights my tickets had to be purchased separately. this caused 3 separate layovers without a dime for even a water. I was exhausted and overwhelmed with anxiety and grieving for my daughter and grandson which was the purpose of my travel to begin with. this was my first tom out of my house since Labor Day due to Covid. The lady who took my call to schedule my pick up took full responsibility for the mistake and promised to reimburse me for the extra expense. She said it would be sent to my PayPal that evening so I would have funds available for my layovers it has now been three weeks and I have several text messages from her and phone calls saying it will be tonight tomorrow in a few days now she is not taking my calls or returning any messages so I have reached out to the owner of yellow cab and if he does not return my call my attorney will handle it from here on out I definitely would not recommend yellow cab of Burlington to anyone I am extremely disappointed. I had to borrow the money From a single mother with two young very sick little girls to purchase the extra tickets from different airlines just to get home. she only agreed to loan me the money because I promised her I would pay her back that evening as soon as Stacey reimbursed me which still has not happened every day I am having to tell my friend I don't have her money this is put her and myself in a awkward and difficult position to say the least. I have been unemployed since August due to being hospitalized three times with Covid and did not have the extra money for this unexpected expense. Please he'd my warning and stay clear of yellow cab of Burlington Iowa I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I am not one to leave negative feedback on reviews but with this I have made an exception. I am only giving this a one star Because there are no options for a negative they do not even deserve the one star! read more

Their driver Lonnie and I do not see eye to eye. I have a one year old that I take to daycare on my way to work every single morning and anywhere else I happen to need to go. He smokes in the cab and is a terrible driver and putting her in a car with him terrifies me for her safety and my own. The company "does their best" not to send him to me. Yesterday, April 15th he was the closest driver to us and with them running short staffed they had no choice but to send him. The dispatcher who called to let me know he was outside let me know what was going on and apologized. I am an adult so I sucked it up and got my daughter and I together and went to the car. I put her in the car first as I always do, shut her door and proceeded to go around the back of the car to let myself in on the other side. I got to about the middle of the trunk when the driver (Lonnie) started to pull away with only my child inside the vehicle! Having had this happen before because he does not pay one bit of attention I attempted to hit the back of the vehicle in which I was unsuccessful because he had started to move too fast. I started screaming and waving and chasing the vehicle down and he still did not stop. So many things were going through my mind but the biggest one, given that he is aware I'm not fond of him, was that this person just kidnapped my child! As I was trying everything to get his attention and to chase him down and nothing was working I called the office in a panic and they radioed him to stop and turn the car around. He had made it to the end of our block (about 6 houses and a business parking lot) and had his turn signal on ready to head towards our route and was very obviously going to continue on without me! The dispatcher got him to turn around and bring my child back to me. I removed her from the vehicle and yelled at him about how stupid he was and shut the car door. He took off like a bat out of hell insinuating that I had done something wrong! This driver should have been fired ON THE SPOT! The company sent a different driver, offered to cover my fare and never send Lonnie to us again. The fact that I have used this company as our main source of transportation for over a year and I spend at a minimum $512 EVERY MONTH with this company JUST to get to work and back and Lonnie has not been fired absolutely disgusts me. I will never use this company again and I would advise anyone else to consider the same! read more
