Hands down the best nail salon in the area. I've been to Top nails- gave me a fungus. Angel nails -serious overcharge for meh nails. I get my nails done in LA quite a bit and Pa (the owner) rivals Los Angeles salons and charges reasonable prices! pretty nails, great service, Happy Me!!! read more

The lady burnt me 6 times during my fill then proceeded to charge me $75. There is still glue and polish on my fingers and over my cuticles. Now 2 days later the top coat of my gel polish is chipping. read more

Nail tech went WAY to fast! They don't speak English or listen to the customer! You have to ask multiple times for things!! I had colored acrylic powder on my nails and when tech put in new set hacked the HELL out of my own nails underneath that had been growing for two years!!!!! Caused my nail to bleed and never cleaned the blood just plopped another tip on!!! Had to explain the old nails needed to be soaked off instead of hacked at!!!! Charged $55 for a crappy job!!!! I get a soak off, new set with design I want and crystals on my nails for $65 dollars in Chicago!!!!! Mine is also better quality when done in Chicago but on vacation so didn't have a big choice! Why I'm giving 5 stars: they are open on Sunday, they remember my name, they are courteous and everyone on staff has been very kind to my mom. I'm not into acrylics buy my mom is. She has chronic arthritis and the technician is very careful when she's working with my mom. I always get a basic pedicure and manicure, no gel, no flowers. I like that they feature OPI polish and wish they'd have more varieties on colors. While the décor isn't my style, the place is very clean and well lit. Furniture might be a bit worn but it's clean. The floors are clean, the counters are clean and the bathroom is CLEAN. read more

Ive been to CiCi's on numerous occasions. I guess the reason I keep coming back because sometimes the service is very on point. But as with all things in the mani-pedi game my last visit is my last visit. Service was extremely poor. The staff lacked attention to detail and left my nails covered in product and polish. we called to see when they could take all 4 of us at the same time. they said to wait until 2:30 until they had enough staff. so, we get here and there's only 2 of them working... my mom and cousin got their pedicures while my other cousin and i sat there with our feet in the lukewarm water. they started on other cousin like 20 mins later and at that point and still not me... i'm like screw this, we waited so we could all be together and that was so clearly not the case. thank god i live in michigan so i'll never have to see this place again lol they were nice but like.... if you don't have enough staff that's fine but just tell us before instead of having us sit here and watch HGTV read more

Went there the other day for acrylic, within 4 hours one of my nails was broken and half the nails had chipped polish. When I went back to get them fixed they didn't even put a new nail on, just used the acrylic powder and built up the nails. She repainted them and they are filled with specs and air bubbles, as well as the polish isn't even. In some places the polish doesn't even go to the cuticle and in others it goes well past it. Went there for pedi only because my kids gave me a gift card. She rush while doing my pedi. Didn't even scrape any dead skins, barely touch the toes. Painting wasn't messed up, didn't even put my toes under a dryer. Had the white tip dipping powder. After it was done, it want a shinning glossy looking. It was so messed up, so I ask her while does my nails look like it's all scraped up not smooth? She says come sit I fix for you. Then took the top coat out, put new coat on, then use gel top coat put my fingers under the UV light. Thinking to myself wtf? This morning the top coat shellac peels off. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I asked for a shellac manicure, the technician did not attempt to even out my nails before starting to apply the ph bond, then she forgot to apply the bond to one hand, i had to say something. Then she got upset when i asked to have them shaped before painting. The polish was applied poorly; very uneven & sloppy thick in some areas & all over my cuticles and fingertips. This was by far one of the worst manicures I have ever gotten, I would not ever return to this salon. I would not recommend it! read more

firstly...let me tell you I went to this place previously for YEARS. it's been a while since I lived out of the area for a while. anyway,I needed a pedicure and a new set of pink and whites. I knew the former manager was amazing but is no longer there. I gave the place a chance. when I walked in the guy working asked me what I needed and I told him. he was going to be the one performing the task. I've had hundreds of pedicures so I know what to expect. this guy acted like he would rather be ANYWHERE than making no my toes pretty. being that I am in sales and customer service myself I have certain expectations as a customer. and I genuinely appreciate my own customers as they are my paycheck. during that time another employee, a female arrived (with her two small children) and started a pedicure on another customer as her two and three year old waited on a bench. a woman showed up who must have been the babysitter and left with the kids. a few minutes later an older woman arrived who I assume was her mother and they fought in Vietnamese for several minutes and although I have no idea I'm guessing it was about the kids. when my pedicure was done the two employees swapped jobs. she directed me to where I should sit. I stated I preferred to have my nails soaked off in an attempt to be less damaging. she proceeded to try prying them off til I stopped her. she then decided to take my advice and soak off my acrylics. she left my nails soaking for what felt like forever. likely because she needed to play on her laptop for an hour and take several phone calls. when she finally decided to remove the acrylic she proceeded to tell me she doesn't know how to do pink and whites!! I was mortified. I put up with things a few minutes more and finally I told her to stop and I'd go somewhere else to fix the mess she started. I paid for my pedicure and tipped the man who did it. I shouldn't have, he didn't deserve it. so now I'm panicked...she absolutely ruined my natural nails and I gotta find someone to fix this mess. as I mentioned I am in sales and people look at my hands and nails all day. I have been to Pro Nails on Oneida a few times and it's close to home but they are always crazy busy but I stopped in anyway. the manager there hears my story and is definitely empathetic. she looks at my nails in horror and assures me if I come back at 4:00 she can fix things. it was 1:00 pm. the next 3 hours were spent with cracked, nasty, painful nails. (ugh) I returned to Pro Nails at 4:00 where they went above and beyond to make me happy and my nails gorgeous ...thank you! I am not the type to write a bad review, i give people a chance, trust me, I just feel a warning on this place is warranted. do me a favor and please don't patronize this place. read more

This is the second time I've gone to Cici's Nails for a pedicure. The first time was in the winter when they were about to close and I wasn't aware. They happily opened back up and gave me a pedicure which I really needed! ( I was 9 months pregnant and my feet really needed a massage and attention :D ) The second time was a pleasant experience as well. I did not have to wait long (maybe 5 minutes) and the hot stones felt great on my legs and feet! They also do not charge for callus removal--most places charge at least $5. Prices are fair for pedicures and manicures. read more

I give this salon 0 stars I came to this salon this afternoon with my six year old daughter it was my first and last time!! I'm warning you if you don't want to waste your time or money DO NOT COME HERE!!! I got a pedicure here and she didn't even scrub my feet I had to ask her to cut my cuticle and the massage was very shit like less then a minute she also did not put lotion on my legs!! All of it was wrong never again all this is including in the spa pedicure none of my needs were meet and she change the price of the pedi in the middle of her service! I asked her why she did that and she started shouting at me and scared my daughter I threatened to call the cops and that's the only way I was able to get her off my case. 2 of my friends and I made appointments on a Saturday morning for pedicures. The water was cold, they rushed through all of our pedicures, my girl abandoned me 3 times during mine. She didn't file the nails or buff them and barely cleaned up my cuticles. The only good part was the stone massage that friends only had for a few seconds. When I entered, the young lady "greeted" me with a scowl and seemed as though she couldn't be bothered to get up from her chair and her cell phone game. I had a fill and shellac polish last Sunday when this seemed to be the only nail salon open. Shellac should last at least two weeks but today is Saturday and the polish is peeling away. The entire process took about 35 minutes, where my regular salon spends at least an hour including plenty of time under the UV light. Cost was $30 before tip, so it was also more expensive than my regular salon. I should have waited until my salon opened on Monday because this was a complete waste of time and money. read more

When I called CiCi's nails they laughed at me, and said that I would have to bring my receipt in and they would "see what they can do."
