I contacted TOSL in April for a quote on a special garden and my appointment was missed. They apologized and showed up at the next appointment. We chatted, had a good time, exchanged good ideas. I gave him a drawing of what I wanted done (that was lost and I had to reproduce) and I was told they were very busy, but they would fit me in this year... "promise". Then it was an email out to ask how the quote was coming a month later, and another promise... a few more emails, more promises.
