David and his team were able to determine that my car needed a few things changed, they found out that it needed the following: 1. New spark plugs - 150k overdue! 2. New belt - 340k miles and never changed! 3. Broken engine coil - Due to oil seeping out and damaging it :( 4. It needed all 3 new motor mounts - Over due 5. No oil because it leaked all out of the valve cover - Knocking Sound 6. Valve cover was replaced - Cause of Oil residue all over engine parts 6. I was driving from Merced to Las Vegas when something told me I should stop and get my oil changed. When I pulled into another shop, they told me they couldn't do the oil change because my car had an active coolant leak. At that point, I was in Bakersfield, hours away from home and still hours away from my destination. As a woman traveling alone, I was honestly scared and worried that something was seriously wrong with my car. Thankfully, I found this shop. David took the time to listen to what was going on and immediately wanted to help. Even though they were busy, he understood my situation and didn't just treat me like another customer. He genuinely cared. That meant a lot to me, especially being so far away from home and not knowing what was wrong with my car. After taking a look, they found that my radiator cap was broken and causing the leak. They replaced it, and just like that, the problem was solved. The relief I felt in that moment was huge. What I thought might turn into a major repair ended up being a simple fix because of their honesty and willingness to help. What really stood out to me, though, was the kindness. David even called me the next day to make sure I had made it safely to my destination. That simple gesture meant so much and showed me that he truly cares about the people who walk through his doors.
