I was driving…read morecross-country during a big move when, early one morning on the final leg of my journey, I accidentally bought bad gas that left my car completely inoperable. Stranded and unsure where I was, I called the closest shop and got connected to Eli. I was nervous, knowing this could be a major repair, but Eli immediately put me at ease with his friendly, professional demeanor. Eli quickly referred me to a tow truck driver, and as soon as my car made it to his shop, he and his team got to work. Since the repair would take a few days, I needed a place to stay with my dog. Being in a small town without rideshare or taxi options, Eli went above and beyond by giving me a ride to my hotel--talk about service! Knowing that I was in the middle of a cross-country move, Eli and his team hustled to get my car fixed within 48 hours. The team worked hard to get me back on the road safely, and to top it all off, Eli even came back to pick me up from my hotel once the repair was done. It wasn't just Eli who went the extra mile; two other mechanics also worked on my car. Everyone I met was kind, and Eli kept me updated every step of the way. I am so grateful for the amazing work and the above-and-beyond customer service at Milly's. They truly saved my journey, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you ever need help in the area, go to Milly's; you won't be disappointed!

Brian said that he was going to replace the camera and the radio with new. When he said the van was ready to be picked up, I saw the new radio on his counter and went I was getting ready to leave, I immediately noticed that the lights were flickering. I talked to Brian about it before I pulled out and he played dumb like he fixed it. I knew he didn't touch it because he told me that in order to fix it, it might take a long time to troubleshoot the electrical wiring. That is why I was told by Robert at Farm Bureau to take it to you!! It only did he not fix the lights, he didn't replace the radio like he said. Want to know how I know? Ok.....my wife's and my phone was still connected to the radio's Bluetooth settings. The only thing he did was repair some loose wiring in the camera. Brian, I hope you enjoy the new Kenwood radio and backup camera that your buddy Robert at Farm Bureau got for you. Lesson learned for me to never go back to that crook. I HIGHLY recommend that others don't as well if it is an insurance claim.
