WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A GARAGE EVER!!!!!! Management style for this establishment seems to be bolshy and abusive, maybe that's because they don't like to admit they're wrong. After taking a motorbike there to have tyres fitted, the bike ended up unroadworthy, I was told to take the bike away and buy the part and they would fit it for free. Whoopee do, you broke it, already admitted by them. They did eventually repair the bike although it did take them 10 days and they certainly didn't take care of it whilst it was in their care, it was left outside under a tree with a birds nest in it, which left the bike in a dreadful state, surely they would know this would happen and clearly didn't care. The manager is very rude and abusive and shouldn't be in a customer facing role as he has no idea how to treat customers. The whole situation could have had a very different outcome had his attitude been different and I would not have felt the need to write this review. This is the place where I always go for new tyres or puncture repairs. Even though they are always busy they can fit you in within an hour and whilst you are waiting you can leave your car and have a wander around the town centre. There pricing is very competative. read more

On 17th August 2011, I had two 155-80-13 tyres fitted on the front wheels of my Fiat Panda at C&S Tyres Middlesbrough,as I was travelling home, I had problems controlling the steering of the car, the next day I checked the air pressure in the tyres and found that the garage had fitted two different size tyres, one was a 155-80-13 the other a 165-80-13, I made a 45 mile journey to the garage, explained what the problem was, I received a half-hearted sorry, after the wrong tyre was changed I was given my car keys back with the words "that will be no charge" as if I was to blame, I was stunned with this comment and went home disgusted with the garage. I sent a letter to the manager of C&S tyres three weeks ago, explaining what had happened, I am still waiting for a reply. read more
