Then the wait......You get a free token for the drinks machine and wait and wait. I have never been here , had my tyres changed and left in under an hour. But I like the service and they produce the goods I require. There is often a finishing touch of a little bowl of sweets on the counter. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A GARAGE EVER!!!!!! Management style…read morefor this establishment seems to be bolshy and abusive, maybe that's because they don't like to admit they're wrong. After taking a motorbike there to have tyres fitted, the bike ended up unroadworthy, I was told to take the bike away and buy the part and they would fit it for free. Whoopee do, you broke it, already admitted by them. They did eventually repair the bike although it did take them 10 days and they certainly didn't take care of it whilst it was in their care, it was left outside under a tree with a birds nest in it, which left the bike in a dreadful state, surely they would know this would happen and clearly didn't care. The manager is very rude and abusive and shouldn't be in a customer facing role as he has no idea how to treat customers. The whole situation could have had a very different outcome had his attitude been different and I would not have felt the need to write this review. Give this one a miss if you value your vehicle.
