He answered on the second call and said they can do some years and models for my make of car. He asked me to text him the details and he'd get back to me. I sent the text a few minutes after the call. That was at 12:39 pm. It's now the next morning and I have not received a call back. Imagine this type of response time if you had an urgent issue. I expect more from a locksmith.
