They took time to go over the handguns, having us test and hold each one. Next, they went over gun safety, had us practice several times with each gun. Answered all questions, and never once made us feel like we were asking a dumb question. Next, they accompanied us into the shooting range and stayed with us for quite awhile while my husband and I shot. Helpful, informative and worked with us on all aspects of shooting. Never once, did we feel rushed during any of the direction or training. The best part is that they don't sell guns so you get honest and open information and opinions about what would be good for you without an agenda. For first time shooters, they made us feel comfortable. We won't be going anyplace else. The prices were reasonable for the gun rentals as was the ammunition. I highly recommend going here if you haven't been before.
