He explained what the problem was with clarity and the options for repairment. The other mechanic installed the wrong starter, mixed the wiring, blew up fuses, burned my dashboard, but Perry easily and quickly fixed the bad work that was done by a previous mechanic at a fair price and left my semi-truck in perfect condition. It is ironic that we called him first but since the other mechanic was closer, we chose them instead which turned out to be a huge mistake. Definitely recommend his services to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy mechanic with experience. I give him 5 stars because the system only allows up to that number but he deserves a much higher rating. Thank you Perry for your dedication and your excellent service. You were like an angel in that moment of desperation!

When I solicited a repair service for my semi-truck that was damaged on the freeway in Louisiana, I hired their services hoping that the mechanic would fix my truck. My truck only required a replacement of the starter, however, the mechanic couldn't do this simple task. He took my starter to the part shop and returned with the wrong part! There was an obvious difference in the parts, and it was his responsibility to check them. Not only did the mechanic not solve the problem, but he also ended up causing additional damage to my truck. He installed the wrong part, mixed the wiring, blew my fuses, and caused a blackout on my dashboard! When the mechanic saw what he had done, he started watching YouTube videos to attempt to fix his mistake. Despite this, he still could not fix it. It was obvious that he did not know what he was doing. As a result, I had to call another mechanic, which resulted in additional costs. Additionally, the owner of the business said that the cost would be divided into two payments: credit card and zelle. However, after realizing the problems caused by her mechanic, she decided to charge the total cost through Zelle. She argued that if we didn't pay her, she would call the police and send a tow truck. The owner was aware that her mechanic screwed up, which is why she changed her mind and forced me to pay through Zelle so that I could not dispute the charge. Most concerning of all was that the mechanic came armed and stayed at the site, creating a threatening environment until he was paid. This made me feel unsafe and under pressure. Take precautions before contacting this business. There was a lack of professionalism and honesty, followed by threats and intimidating practices. I'll give this business 1 star only because the system does not allow me to put 0 stars. I do NOT recommend this business.
