I chose option b because I'm frankly strapped for time. I put in a quote on Yelp and several businesses answered. I wound up choosing Tally Maids as they had availability January 2nd which is when I was trying to get everything done. That and they had great reviews. At any rate, Cornelius was very responsive and even recommended a carpet cleaning company for me as they do just about everything except that. I was happy with the service, and if I'm strapped for time, I'd hire them again. The house was left clean and I thought the price was reasonable.

For starters, they cleaned the baseboards and floors very well as well as my refrigerator, ceiling fans, and inside windows and French Doors inside and out. I have pets and really needed someone to do a good cleaning. That was not an issue. The issue was when I started finding things that were missing because they had either been thrown out or misplaced. I had some items set aside, like earring hooks, that needed to be repaired in a little plate and they are all gone now. I'm very disappointed because I thought I'd found a five star cleaning company. They were somewhat pricey for the service but it would have been worth it for the cleaning without things being removed.
