We really love these peeps. It did take a while to break through the personality barrier, but now…read morethey're really nice. And the prices are good. I can understand the personality thing, working with the public all day long. One time I was there while an old man was yelling at the owner for not being able to get a big ink stain out of a suede jacket. He'd spilled a whole inkwell on the sleeve of a jacket. She explained that she tried 4 different attempts to get it out, but some things are just permanent. She didn't even charge him for the clean. Still, he wouldn't leave. He got so abusive that I finally told him to leave. Since then, I've been on good terms with the owners. Bottom line, do unto others... these people are great and they do a good job for cheap.
