This was a large-scale complex project and Carlos provided expert guidance and execution during every stage of the process (from taking my vision and formulating a comprehensive project plan and images, providing guidance throughout the pool purchasing process, permitting, installation, conceptualizing solutions when needed etc.) Carlos and crew were very diligent and seemlessly coordinated with other parties when needed (the village, crane operator, architect etc). The result is stunning and I look forward to working with them again.

I requested quotes from 3 companies and scheduled appointments. Adolfo was the first to give me an estimate, he arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the birch. He recommended that it would be best to take the tree down and grind the stump because it was infested with carpenter ants and was leaning towards the neighbors yard. He gave a very reasonable estimate to take down the birch grind the stump along with another stump and clean up the honey locust and a crabapple tree. The second company never showed up for the estimate. The third company arrived on time but may have spend less than 5 minutes getting me a quote never mentioned anything about the carpenter ants I accepted Aldofo's estimate and was placed on the schedule. About a week later I received a phone call the day before that they would be onsite at 7am the next day. Adolfo and his crew arrived early and were already working at 7am. They quickly took down the birch tree and started on the honey locust. His crew also removed any dead branches on any additional trees in our yard for no additional cost. Adolfo and his crew left our yard cleaner that it was before they started. 5 star company, will be doing business again with him and will recommend to anyone needing tree service.

I highly, highly recommend Andreas. He is also a wonderful man!

It looked great, but about a week later I was out there having to yank out weeds. I don't think if the weeds had been pulled out before the mulch was laid they would have come back that quickly. Hence the 4 Stars. Otherwise I would have given 5 Stars. Even had them clean up my daughters yard which was in desperate need of professional work. My daughter was thrilled with what they did.

A couple of weeks later we got a call saying they'd have to move the service date. The day before the service date I spent all day trying to get in touch to find out if the service would still be happening, only to find out that it wouldn't. We were offered a refund or an amount off of the service but at that point I no longer believed the service would happen at all, so we went with the refund. A month later-still no refund. We paid via Zelle and I've had to file a police report as well as a claim with my bank to try to recover funds. So NOT do business with this super shady company

Two weeks ago on a Thursday evening, the team manager ran the extremely noisy equipment until 8:15 pm when it became dark. This is VERY disruptive. Residents in Baker Hill cannot hear on their phones and cannot even hear their TV's. When I spoke with the team manager, he was very, very uncooperative. Today is a Saturday, and this same manager and his team have been running their extremely loud equipment since 3 pm. It is now 5:15 pm on a WEEKEND - SATURDAY. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. This has been a repeating event. THE TEAM MANAGER WAS AGAIN VERY UNCOOPERATIVE about doing the work during normal Mon. - Friday business hours of 9 am to 5 pm. When I called MCR I was put into voicemail. This company is not being respectful of the people who live here. We are not deaf.

Hey everybody, I…read morehad an absolutely horrible experience after hiring Josue Herrera of Herrera Maintenance. We had agreed on a price and agreement for landscaping projects on my property. I even wrote up a contract that we both signed, thankfully I did so I can use that in court. He said the project would take 3 days and we're going on 4 months. He would work for a day or two then ask for more money. I wouldn't see or hear from him for weeks at a time after giving him advance. Bottom line not 1 project has been completed in over 4 months time. I haven't seen him for over a month. Patched foundation and basement still leaks, power washed pavers but never sealed, etc. etc. etc. Too many details to list here but ask me and I'll be happy to share. Fair warning, do not do business with this man, he cannot be trusted. Sincerely Ross Corriero

He and his crew came for one month, and at the beginning of the following month there wasn't a bill left on my door, like other companies had done in the past. I assumed that it blew away in the wind and tried getting a hold of him for almost 3 weeks to no avail. The weather was extremely dry so I did not need it to be mowed, but wanted to ensure that billing didn't go unresolved. He did not respond to my calls or texts. Finally a bill was left in my mailbox (hand delivered- not mailed), so he did come by, but did not mow. It has been 3 weeks since then and still not a word from him.

When I looked up Gardner this morning to finally…read morewrite him a review and I saw that one star review I was shocked and I felt so bad that I haven't written a review before now. Gerardo has always been there for me. He does bill monthly for ongoing service. He's kind of quiet but he always does when he's supposed to do. GERARDO has been my go to guy for a year and a half now. He cuts my grass whenever I need him to. I have .75 acres so it's a big yard. He has a huge rideable lawnmower so he can cut my grass in 10 minutes and it takes me like three hours to do it with my lawnmower. His rates are very reasonable. He has also been there to help me with other things like moving furniture. I am an older woman living alone and I need some help. He has been available the same or next day for so many things. The reason I'm writing this review today is because he was my hero yesterday. My central AC has been broken for a couple of days. There have been delays in getting it repaired. The first company couldn't do it and I'm waiting for the second one to come out meanwhile it was more than 90° in my house and one of my dogs is sick. When I asked GERARDO to help me install a window AC unit upstairs and I told him the situation he said "I will be right over". He came and installed that AC for us and I'm just so grateful for all of the extra things that he's done for me. I highly recommend him.
