I asked around for a reputable repair service and was told by a couple of local residents to go to Webster Marine. When I arrived first thing in the morning I happened to talk to Service Manager Jacob. His initial reply when I expained the situation was that they are booked three weeks out for service. When I asked where else I should look he decided to come out & take a quick look to troubleshoot if he could do it quickly. Less than 20 minutes later he found the crossthreaded/broken-off plug and had a replacement hose installed. I was on my way in less than a half hour for the price of a replacement hose. Jacob could have easily told me they couldn't help but he went above and beyond to help a customer. I hope the owners of Webster Marine Center recognize Jacob's work ethic and "customer first" attitude and realize what a great employee they have in Jacob.

I purchased a used boat from Webster Marine three years ago, and store it at their location. The…read moremarina is well maintained. During the busiest days of the year, the parking may be a bit tight, but there is always a place to park a short walk from your car. Their service department has always treated me very well. All work is high-quality and they stand behind their work. They repaired the trim gauge and it stopped working after a few weeks. They repaired the gauge right away. They care about the customer's boats stored here. After a particularly harsh winter storm, I went to check on the boat and found they had lifted the boats up to their highest position under the dock's roof to provide the best protection to the craft. I understand that sometimes one can have a bad experience with any service provider. In my case, Webster Marine has been a pleasure to deal with, do good work at an acceptable price, and care about their customers.

We rented a pontoon boat and it had some engine problems (it kept stalling). We called Steve and he met us at our dock and traded out the old boat for a bigger and better one. In addition, they gave us a very generous discount for the hassle. My husband is a farmer and we understand that you can't always control mechanical problems so we don't blame them, but we greatly appreciate how they took care of us. We will definitely be renting from here again!

I had no plan to rent a boat but the fleet looked well cared for (almost new) and I jumped. The crew was really nice and helpful. I took out a "Tritoon"with a 200hp Yamaha. The lake is huge and there is some amazing sightseeing. I found a cove, anchored, finished up some work and then went for a swim. My 2 hour rental flew by and when I arrived back at the dock, the crew was waiting to help dock and replace my used fuel. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. For a spur of the moment adventure it was amazing. I highly recommend Bridgewater Marine.

Mike seemed like a nice guy. Installed some Solis marine shades on the back of my dock. The…read moresystem installed for operating them did not last three weeks. It involves tape and some nylon ropes. All of which fell apart. After it started to fall apart, I never heard from Mike again. I did call. I did text. I did email. No response. Not sure if he left town or not. I also hired him to detail my boat. The job was less expensive than some but the quality was definitely less than most. He also did some minor fiberglass work partially. Never came back to finish the job. He's most responsive when it comes to billing. I would not recommend the product. I would certainly not recommend Mike Wall. Disappointed but not disgruntled - I just don't want someone else to end up in the same situation.
