But Eddie suggested that he swap my tire out seeing as how he had the tools on hand for it. Which he then did. So he saved me from having to skip a day of work, and I didn't have to pay for a tow. Once I did decide to, they dispatched the driver within 2 hours, and I met him at my vehicle. Cole was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was also kind and had a great attitude--considering it was snowy, wet, and 40 degrees out. He didn't complain once, and even tried to make me feel better about the situation I got myself in. He worked quickly and assessed the situation. Once he decided what to do, he explained it to me and asked if I wanted to hang out in his rig and watch. He ended up pulling my vehicle out without causing any damage, and then followed me down the hill to make sure I was able to get out. I was really impressed by him and I really loved his attitude. I would highly recommend their service. The fee was extremely reasonable given how difficult and miserable the conditions were. The driver drops the truck off the back and then leaves. He saw us, acknowledged us but just drove off with out trying to help us. Then we called the office to see what was up, and the lady said "head on over and we'll have someone meet you there." I've literally been for an hour and 1/2 and no one has shown up. I've tried to call the office and they won't answer the call. Now after waiting an hour and 1/2 they just called my buddy to tell him the tow truck driver is headed back to the office. So, really the last hour and 1/2 could have been spent waiting at home, rather than sitting here in their driveway. I've never used this company in any other capacity, but this interaction would not have me recommending the business to anyone. They have no customer service, and have been no help.
