My recent experience with C&J was not good, this place was recommended to me from A&V tire i decided to stop by and get a quote for front bumper paint damage on a Tesla quoted me $750 & insisted cash only with a $500 deposit & I followed through he told me 2-3 days it'll be ready. I came around on the 3rd day and no work was performed he didn't notify me to tell me it was gonna get pushed back i randomly stopped by and he told me they had issues with their equipment & he will need an additionally 3 days , the car was ready in 8 days upon receiving my car I was upset about the white paint over spray on my black trim when i pointed it out he just said well take care of it but decided to ship the car out like that as if it wasn't a big deal so I came back the next day 9th day and dropped it off to clean up the overspray for about 5 hours and when I get back to pick up my car he lost my Tesla key card they were unable to find it so I had to get Tesla mobile service to come and reprogram 2 new keys which took another 3 days so 12 days now and I notified him the date and time of the service 3 days prior and he wasn't at his shop for the transaction so I paid & when I told him how much the service was he just told me not to worry he'll pay me and didn't give me a set day of payment so I came to speak in person that same day and told him it was only $60 and he said to give him a couple days to give me $60 I was shocked at that answer. So I came the next day 13 day to pick up my money and my invoice that he lost as well so we had to make a new one and he finally paid me $60. Overall extremely disappointed especially after being recommended this place from somewhere that I trust extremely unprofessional and lazy job the amount of days that this 2-3 day job took was a huge Inconvenience to me. I got an estimate for the damage as well as a few other minor scratches repaired for just a little over what my deductible would have been.
