I called Casey after I found his information on the Internet. When I called him, he answered right away. He was very professional, well-spoken and courteous. His schedule was booked for the day, but said he would call me back if something opened. About 10 min later he called me back and had some cancellations and would be able to detail my car that day. I have a very large SUV that was so disgusting dirty, I was embarrassed to drive it anymore. Casey arrived in uniform and with all the necessary equipment to conduct a full detailing inside and out for my SUV. My husband and I have hired many contractors and subcontractors to do many things for us for from lawn services, to home renovation, to furniture cleaning,etc. It is very rare to have someone show up on time, in uniform with all required equipment and provide superior service as Casey provided us. It is obvious he takes pride in his work and absolutely does exceptional work. My vehicle, which was the dirty I think it has ever been came out looking brand new. Alright C & D is where it's at. Casey was top notch in both his genuine courtesy and his detailing work. We hired him for interior detailing for our two cars. I do believe I was probably his hardest customer in terms of filth level inside a car (thanks to my children and I) and he honestly did not even flinch! He had all of the equipment (and patience) imaginable and he trucked through two of our cars in good spirits and made an amazing impression once we saw the inside. His shampoo for the material seats worked amazingly and got out nearly all of the surf wax from the seat shoulder and ALL of the coffee off of the passenger seat. Nary a crumb was in sight and things that I didn't know could shine shone quite nicely. Seriously, Casey had to have some real grit to get the stuff and gunk off of the inside. Honest to God our (used) cars looked way better than they did when we purchased them, they looked new. My husband and I were pretty giddy to find someone of such high quality that we can call on in the future and refer our friends to. I'm a random first time user who usually doesn't bother to leave reviews, but I'll make an exception here because I'm so pleased with the service! Bought a used 2014 Nissan Cube in Georgia then drove it back to Orlando. It was filthy, with swirls in the paint, a few small scratches, one larger ugly scratch, and a very dirty interior I found C & D on Yelp's top 10 detailers list. They were 3rd or 4th, but were the first to call me back after I called the top 5. Came over next morning, spent about 3 hours, and made the car look spectacular! As a retired Firefighter of 32 years I've polished a LOT of firetrucks so I know a thing or two about detailing. He made my car look even better than I had hoped for, including somehow removing all the scratches! I WILL use his service again and in my humble unsolicited opinion so should you. read more

I called up C&D Detailers to clean up my relatively new subaru crosstrek. They were able to get to my car within an hour of my making a call to them- very fast! After a few hours working on my car, I can say that the car looks just as good as the day it rolled out of the dealership, dare I say even better, since Casey pointed out some blemishes that I hadn't even picked up on. With regard to the services rendered, all the inside plastic was shined, the leather treated, and everything dusted and vacuumed. The exterior was also well done, although some very minor streaks were left on the windshield (although it could've been caused by some of the rain that day). I had the interior of my Chevy Tahoe vacuumed, shampooed, and detailed by C&D earlier today, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I had high expectations because of the reviews I read on Yelp, and I'm definitely satisfied with the work. I have two young, messy boys. My SUV was soiled in milk, food, and every sticky snack you can imagine. C&D did an amazing job and my Tahoe is back to new condition. We're always on the run, and it's difficult to be anywhere for longer periods of time with the kids.. So having a mobile service works out great! I just so happened to have some free time today... AMAZING job! I don't think my car has ever looked this good while I have owned it (I purchased it used). My car was way overdue for a detail, between cross country moves and driving my dog everywhere, everything was dirty. After looking at the reviews on Yelp I gave Casey a call and he was able to come the same day! It was great having him come to me so that I could keep working and not interrupt my daily schedule. Within 3 hours my car looks and smells brand new! There were stains that I had on the seats that I had accepted would be there forever, but Casey was able to get them out with no problems! I recently inherited my mother's 2016 Honda which was really dirty because she parked under huge oak trees and the pollen from the trees had stuck to the finish. I thought I could never get the outside to look reasonably good. The interior was stained and dirty as well because my mother would haul plants and tools from place to place. I could not believe how great the car came out. Casey came to my house and worked nearly four hours on that car. It looks brand new! I would highly recommend this company. Casey came out and did my Galaxie, Taurus, and Expedition. They all look amazing. He took the time to clean out every nook and cranny on the interior, even using a can of compressed air to make sure the last bits of dust were gone. The areas that so often get overlooked (like the door well) were spotless and shiny. Overall, the Taurus and Expedition looked better than the day I picked them up. As for the Galaxie, before Casey did the car I was really preparing to need to repaint it due to fade, dullness, etc. Now, I won't worry about paining the car til we hit the end of the restoration road! We had not had our cats washed or waxed since the beginning of COVID 1-1/2 years ago. In addition, my wife's car had been parked in the open, during two full pollen and two summer monsoon seasons. Casey kindly fit me in on short notice for an interior detail before a long road trip and I couldn't have been more grateful. I keep my car decently clean (no kids or pets) but would not be able to tell you the last time I really had the nooks and crannies cleaned out from random debris/beach trips etc. Casey was extremely thorough on every square inch of my car, and it came out looking brand new (or, ok fine, as close to it as humanly possible.) Not only were him and his wife super communicative about the appointment, cost and they even called to let me know he would be 20 minutes late. I have a black car that was ravaged by pollen and a bird that must have eaten a lot of Taco Bell before flying over my car...he was able to get it all off and get it sparkling like new. Hard to beat the service and quality. Casey is a pro with all the tools of the trade and takes great pride in his business and workmanship. The finish on my Mazda RX-8 came out glossy, the interior stains (on difficult suede) disappeared, the rims were polished to the extreme and whatever he used on the headlights brought them up to near new condition. I bought a used minivan and it was filthy. It smelled, there were fingerprints all over the windows and crumbs everywhere from the previous owners.
