Filling up a 30 cubic yard dumpster is something you have to experience to believe. (I helped a bit but Brook really did 95% of the work and a lot of the trash was quite heavy.) Wow...the yard hasn't been as clean as it now is in years! We still have a chicken coop to demolish but will call Paradise Landcare back when it's taken down for haulage. So I can't recommend Paradise enough. All I had to do was send them some photos of the piles of junk, old wood and brush we wanted removed, Jennifer sent me an reasonable estimate, I agreed, Brook showed up with the big dumpster on the next working day, cleaned the place up and I paid the bill on line. Everything about these guys and this rental experience was great!…read more First off, Violet, who is the main person you're dealing with, is not only incredibly nice, but also logical and reasonable (which isn't a given in this industry). We had to coordinate on a number of things and she and the whole team were just always really pragmatic. I hired the dumpster for insulation removal from the attic, but also had a bunch of other stuff I had to throw away (wood, a bit of concrete, etc.). They booked me up with a bigger container and talked me through what's ok to throw in, how to disburse it and when it might start to become a problem. Again, all just very reasonable and useful conversations. The dumpster itself was really new and the cool Dumposaurus logo made lots of people who walked by stop smile and take pictures. Unfortunately the pick below is the best I have. You can't see the logo well, but you can see it's a new dumpster that's not too much of an eye-sore to have around. Last but not least, pricing. From what I can tell they have among the best pricing for dumpsters in town. I only looked at two other providers and I think one was maybe $25 or 50 cheaper, but covered less tons (e.g. 2 tons vs the 4 tons I got from Dumposaurus) and less time (e.g. 1 week vs 10 days from them). In short, I'd 100% rent from them again.

During a routine dumpster drop-off, their driver reversed straight into my gate and pretty much destroyed it. To their credit, Loren Gray initially assured me the company would take care of the damage. Unfortunately, after that... complete silence. Apparently customer service gets hauled away with the dumpsters too. So if your project requires waste removal and surprise property damage with zero follow-through, they've got you covered. For everyone else: I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dumpster needs.

I asked if the rate included tax, and it didn't, but Kelly at GT noticed I was a first-time renter and gave me a discount that covered the tax and more. The dumpster was delivered at 8 a.m. on the scheduled day, and it was picked up promptly when the rental ended. Everything was smooth and efficient. Well ... everything was fine except a problem with the dumpster's pin, which controls the latch to open the door. I couldn't figure out how to get the door open, so I emailed Kelly, and -- I'm not exaggerating -- within 5 minutes a GT truck pulled up to fix the problem (which turned out to be jammed pin). It just so happened a truck was in the area, and Kelly diverted it to take care of my issue. This is a first-rate company that's both professional and affordable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
