Awesome service and best customer service ever. Met the owner and he took the time to explain everything I needed to be done and all my options to the detail - too knowledgeable! My new go to mechanic for sure. Thanks to the C & D Team! read more

Outstanding customer service across the board! Thanks to Cynthia and the team for arranging & replacing my engine undercover shield and other services. Plan on returning to C&D Auto instead of taking my car to the local dealership so I get personalized service. Much appreciated! read more

Highly recommend CND Auto Repair! From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family. They were incredibly thorough with my Jeep inspection and took the time to actually walk me through everything they were checking instead of just talking at me. That level of honesty and transparency meant a lot to me. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and they even gave me a ride home and picked me back up when my car was ready. Customer service like that is hard to find nowadays. I truly felt taken care of, and I know this is where I'll be bringing my Jeep from now on. Thank you guys again! read more

They were thorough and had the best price for the quality of product and warranty. Their free sight inspection diagnosis saved me thousands of dollars on a previous job that was still under warranty. read more

Car repairs are always top notch and customer service is amazing! They even give you a ride home when you drop off your vehicle

I came here after leaving another shop down the road where they tried to charge me over $500 to tell me why my air conditioner blows ice after sitting for a while. Not to fix it, just to tell me why it's happening. I said thanks but no, and had a much different experience here. Friendly, fast service and they told me what the problem was and how I could get around the issue instead of spending $$$$. Cynthia at the front desk was helpful and respectful unlike the guy at the last shop. I'll come back here. read more

I've been a customer here for 30 years+. When the previous owner retired I was worried. But new owner Tony and his staff carry on the high quality and integrity of prior owner Dara. Cynthia is a champion of keeping you informed. I'm happy to remain a loyal customer. read more

After charging me over $5000 in repairs my car squeaks worse than before and now I'm leaking oil and my car smells like smoke if I drive it a few miles to the store. I paid five thousand dollars for you to effectively ruin my car and force me to get a new one. Because I've taken it to other shops now and they all say I would have been better off getting a new engine all together if I wanted to keep the car. But it has 265K miles on it, so getting a new car would really be the best option. Other shops told me that, but not C&D, you got your money, congratulations. You have the facade of good customer service, but you should have told me that maybe I SHOULDN'T do a repair because its not worth it. I was only in town for a week so I couldn't leave them my car for 2-3 weeks to do all the stuff they wanted. If I knew I basically needed a new engine I would NOT have put thousands of dollars into struts, spindles, ball joints. If opening up a rear main seal is going to cause a leak then DONT DO IT. They say I authorized it... well I didn't authorize you to make my car worse. Its a 2004 with 265k miles, have some integrity and tell your customer the full picture. Their NAPA "warranty" is useless as well. NAPA couldn't care less, said I have to deal with the shop. Unfortunately the shop couldn't care less either. read more

C&D did a great job. I have been going there for years. When Dara and Bobby told me that they sold the business, they assured me the new family of owners were known to them, they do good work and are trustworthy. So when I brought my car in last week, it was the first time with them. As I said the work was done well plus the staff was professional and friendly. They even provided me with transportation to and from home. read more

I have been going here for years, and always have a postive experience. They do good, honest work.

Under new ownership as of last year.. Family owned business now and the new shop owner Tony is great! Along with his entire staff! Cynthia the Service Manager at the desk is very nice and informative about the services they are going to perform along with the cost. They are a very honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy shop in my opinion. I just had an oil change done, my vtec solenoid replace that was leaking oil, and my timing chain tensioner replaced that would make a rattling sound on a cold start. They also adjusted the timing and replaced two spark plug boots on my 2014 Honda Accord Sport. Needless to say Im very impressed as my car runs great and there's no more rattling sound on a cold start. They are competitively priced on all their service's and quoted me a lower price than a couple of other shops did when I shopped around for prices before actually having them do the work. I highly recommend C&D Auto for all your car's regular maintenance and any major repairs. read more

Just an oil change! In and out at time promised and less expensive than the drive thru one where they let the oil spill every and damage the alternator. Thanks for taking good care of my daughter read more

Ac wasn't working so I asked to recharge it. They took a look at it and recharged it, but said it still won't work because the air isn't coming out. Which is something that a mechanic would know even without doing a full recharge. they recharged it anyway and then had me pay 280$ just to tell me it won't work anyway. I think they could have just told me before they recharged it but a business and they want to make money from this so they had me pay for something unnecessary to my problem read more

Great quality service!I am very happy with all of the work done on my car. It's 16 years old with over 200k miles and with the work done by C & D it will last at least another 5+ years. read more

I went in to get my car serviced for what I thought was a timing belt issue however Tony the mechanic educated me that no issue was present and went in-depth on my issue rather than going off of what I thought was the issue. Awesome place, very hardworking, and I feel very much entrusted in their integrity. Phenomenal service from Yeisy and Cynthia as well! read more

All you can ask for: trustworthy, helpful and consistent. They have always been very honest and saved me money by giving real opinions even when it means not having them do the work. They are transparent with their timelines and have always fixed it correctly the first time when work is needed. Hard to find these days in the service world. read more

Great service, very friendly, very honest and would highly recommend coming here. Can't go wrong with this place. The work is extremely efficient and the price is right, Thanks again for getting my car up and running safely before my trip!!!! :) read more

I was introduced to Dara back in 2021 about a year after moving down here from Truckee. Finding a good mechanic is hard in a new city and I went through quite a few before C&D auto. They run a AAA shop so work is guaranteed and will not rip you off at all. Super friendly upfront staff aka Bobby. I have not seen another repair shop since meeting Dara and C&D auto. They have repaired over 12 of my vehicles and I've never had a problem with a repair. If you want quality work at an affordable price that you don't have to worry about being ripped off; C&D auto repair is the place to go! read more

My 2005 Nissan 350Z has been a great car for over 19 years, but suddenly had stopped running twice within a couple days. Luckily, turning off the ignition, then restarting saved me from being stranded. I took the car to C&D because of their good ratings for foreign car work, and electrical system repairs. I was amazed. Within the first 90 minutes they called with the diagnosis (failed camshaft sensor). I authorized the repair, and within less than 4 more hours they called to tell me they were finished! They replaced both sensors in case the other one failed. They didn't try to upsell me on other work to do on the car. I have waited a few days to post this review, since I wanted to be sure they got it right. It looks like they did. I highly recommend them! read more

I called twice and talked to someone that said he would call me back regarding a wheel alignment. First time I called he sounded as though he was waiting for someone, the second time I called I reminded him that he told me he was going to call me back. He said again for the second time that he said he would call me back and I've never heard from them. their customer service STINKS!!!, especially whoever answers their phone. read more

Amazing Suoerb service The technician who helped me was Fadi and his help was unbelievably right on. He came in time with the part needed, replaced it, kept everything clean and tiny. He was polite, kind and respectful I could not ask for a better service or technical help. The price was RIGHT TOO. Again OUTSTANDING SERVICE. read more

11/10/2022, extremely rude heavyset male upfront. Seems like he don't even want to work there. Came in with a question about my vehicle and receptionist starts loooking at me like I'm crazy or something all snarky. And to add to that, one of the employees completely dings my car with his car door in the parking lot without a care in the world. Went straight to the mechanic shop next door with my money and I got the friendly help I was looking for. I understand c&d is family owned Buisness but that's no excuse for how customers should be treated. read more

Anytime I need help with my car...this is where I go. They are dependable, honest, and do quality work. I wouldn't go to any other mechanic. Thank you Bobby for taking great care of us! read more

Bobby was very helpful. Brought my SUV in for an a/c issue. I was provided an estimate the work was done in around 3 hours. The total cost was what the estimated cost was. Very pleased with the service I will be a repeat customer. read more

I had brought my car in for a power-steering rack&pin fix. I also wanted to have the tow-lights checked because I was renting a u-haul trailer and needed to make sure my connection was good. I was not sure if the tow-lights were checked and asked if they could do it quick and on the spot. I called and told the shop what I needed, and they were able to do a quick check for me. It gave me the peace of mind I needed to make sure I could pick up the trailer and pack up. read more

I have taken four cars in total, to C&D for different things and the work is done in a timely manner and I have never had to go back to get something re done. Great work and great shop, the people are great as well. :) read more

We have been taking all of our vehicles to C&D for over 20 years and have always received honest, knowledgable, fair, and friendly service. Our whole family uses them as well of many of our friends. It's hard to find businesses you completely trust these days but this is one of them! I can honestly recommend them with a five star review. read more

I came in with an alignment issue but my front end was NOT out of alignment. The mechanic told me that the alignment was fine but could be some worn bushings with the control arms. He said he would align the wheels to exactly to spec, but it wouldn't likely make any difference. I don't recall a mechanic telling me that a problem I told him that I had wasn't the problem and told me driving away was an option. Anyway, my point is I think this is an honest small business. Anyway, we addressed the more complicated repair that is the root cause of the alignment issue. My truck as 187,000 miles and as he explained to me the problem, it made perfect sense. Will I be going back? I have all the confidence in the world with C&D and have no problem bring my truck back for any other future repairs. read more

I've been going to C & D for 20 years and Dara and Bobby have never given me bad advice and have given me and my cars the best service ever. Many times I have taken my car in and they have never sold me anything I didn't need. On the contrary there were plenty of times they could have but instead told me I could put it off a while longer. I trust them completely. read more

They are very professional here. Can't complain. They always help me out. Prices are kind of high but I like the service I get here.

I work in the Automotive Industry, and rarely work with shops I don't personally know. I am pleased to say, that Bobby and the crew were a great bunch to work with. I did the work on my car myself (Struts, Motor Mounts, Brakes, Lower Control Arms) and wanted them to do an alignment. Bobby gave me a competitive price, and accepted the car. Before starting the work, I got a call and was made aware of an issue the car still had, that I had not noticed. The issue was verified, and the labor time/cost to fix it was SPOT ON. It's hard to find an honest shop, but you don't need to look any further! read more

DONT BRING YOU CAR HERE‼Brought hubbys 2008 Dodge Charger here cuz car kept over heating. Gotta call that it was his thermostat + the cracked head gasket which we paid almost $1200 to fix , we had them check the engine etc to make sure it was good .Was told it was fine, next day hubby drives home from work car over heats again, we called them to let them know, they said to drop it off for another inspection. After the inspection NOW are told the engine needs to be fixed or replaced it will cost about $5K to fix in which when we originally brought it was told engine was fine! We took the car to the dodge dealership which they are telling us they ran a diagnostic & that thermostat needs to be fixed they inspected it was shown that they NEVER fixed it In all we just got ripped off by C&D‼ I HIGHLY SUGGEST U DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE‼ read more

C&D Automotive really impressed me again! My 13 year old truck with 95000 miles had a engine computer sensor go out last year. Bobby and his Father correctly diagnosed the problem, replaced the sensor, and had the truck ready when promised. I had the same problem again this year, took it back to C&D, and they replaced the sensor again, at no charge. They have no control over how long a part (or a sensor) will last, and even if their vendor that supplied the sensor replaced it for free, it cost them time (time is money) to replace it. That's integrity! I don't know what else they did in the short time they had it, but it runs better than it has in several years. If you need work done on your vehicle, and you want a shop that stands behind their work, C&D is the place! read more

I had an issue with my 20yr old sedan. It runs great but the door locks were unlocking and locking for no reason while I was driving. Also, periodically, not starting on the 1st or 2nd or 3rd try. I went to a couple of garages that told me I'd need to pay for a few hours of searching for an electrical short somewhere in the system. By fluke, I stopped in to the garage (C & D Auto Care) my boss uses for our work vehicles which always run great. So, I drove in after work one day and they were candid and honest about the fact that I simply just needed a new battery. So, for $130, my car starts every time as I turn the key and the locks thing has stopped completely! Thank you C & D Auto Care! You've got a customer in me from now on. Honesty is priceless! read more
