8/18 This BP in Hewlett was a pit stop for me as I was on my…read moreway to get breakfast. I must say, I don't know if the person inside was the manager, owner, or worker, but here is what I can tell you. He was fully vested. He did everything right and performed as employees should perform when a customer walks in the door. Let me speak to you on the gentleman's behavior. He genuinely sold me on the store, sharing details about the business and the level of upkeep he maintains. I was really amazed on his social skills and customer interaction because he did not have to engage as he did. I have never experienced this behavior from a BP station, yet alone, any fuel station. I always notice the decor, the atmosphere, and the product. This BP passed with flying colors. The store was immaculate; the merchandiser knew exactly what he was doing. He used the store's design, layout, lighting, and product placement to influence his customers behavior and to maximize sales. It greatly affected my behavior; I could not wait to grab two bags of chips. Although my service requested was buying fuel for my car, I am so glad that I went inside to have a better experience. Inflation is here so everything is high and I can see that the value is competitive for this area. I came back to this store on September 29th while I was in the area and I stopped in just for some chips, because my last visit was so memorable and pleasant. This visit was the same as the first. Although I did not need gas, this story was worthy of my support! Inspire more, Yelp more!

My car overheated and without an appointment, John took my car in as he was leaving for the…read moreweekend. One of his mechanics drove me to Enterprise just as it was closing and stayed with me to assure I could get a car. I got a call Saturday morning from John. He woke up early and went in to work on the car. He diagnosed the issues and explained it would take too long for him to get the parts to fix it and recommended that I take the car to the dealership where they could do the work more efficiently. WHO DOES THIS??? Talk about customer service!!! He held the car for me over the weekend, no charge and charged my a very fair rate to do the initial diagnostics. Proof there are still good, honest, hard working people in the world...

Not only did they call me to let me know they were on their way but they showed up in 30 min. On top of that they were done in 5 min! So a total of 35-40 min for everything to be done, while the other company made me wait THREE HOURS with no call, no apology, no explanation, and never showed up! When I did manage to get someone on the line, it sounded like he just woke up from a nap. You truly don't appreciate good roadside until you've had a bad experience I must say. If ever you are able to choose a roadside provider (hopefully you don't) PLEASE do yourself a favor and go with Lucas 24/7. Thank me later
