Larry and Trey made sure the job was complete and addressed all additional issues (minor leaks at the top of sand filter collar and bottom drain cap). They both were friendly, polite, professional and informative. Larry (the owner) answered all my questions and concerns pertaining to current and future pool care. Their pool store is awesome too! Alison and Kenzie go above and beyond to assist me to balance my pool water. Kenzie helped me dilute high CYA in the pool. I thought it better to show the owner of the company (Iriele Webber) since discussions were difficult as she continuously cut me off when I inquired or tried to describe the situation. She had not been out to check behind her pool tech nor offered to come out and assess but indicated the pool tech had sent her pictures of "test strips"... After I sent her video footage from my security cameras of the third cleaning visit and photos, I simply received a text indicating they were discontinuing service.
