The owner and the production team all do fantastic work. The options that they offer range from standard vinyl to exotic hides. I brought a 2016 Harley Davidson softail slim s this year and I have put 2500 miles on it in about 4 months. I have never been able to get comfortable in the saddle and on decent 300mile trips I would be swapping left and right cheeks after about 45 mins. Just got my custom seat from C&C Motorcycle Seats! It is so awesome. Shad and the rest of the folks at C&C were great to work with. I went on a Saturday and worked with Shad. He placed several different seats on my bike to see which style I liked, and then i was able to do a test ride with each of them. Then we sat down and I picked materials and a layout, also the configuration. By Friday I was able to pick it up. It came out even better than i imagined it would! Well stunned would be my way to describe my experience at this motorcycle custom seat company. We see them at rally's and bike nights, they always hand out their cards and tell us to come by. Well we finally did and wish we hadn't. I bought a new Road Glide and wanted to reshape my seat so it would look nicer on the new bike. We walked in to their showroom on a weekday knowing they would have more time to help us. That was mistake, we were completely ignored after several long awkward minutes of standing around (Chuy, the shaper) walked past us 3 or 4 times and did not acknowledge or even look at us once. Finally the owner acknowledged us, without even knowing why we were there he told us they probably could help us and that it would be too expensive to shape my seat- I guess he had X-ray vision into my wallet. He didn't really try to sell me anything and showed us the door. Wow, I have never have I been so insulted and practically thrown out. My husband was completely stunned and kept apologizing to me in the car for suggesting we go there. Their loss, our MC nor anyone we are associated with will be frequenting that business any longer. read more

Chuck and Chuy are badass. These guys are like no other motorcycle accessory shop. All their sheets are custom made can you can design it anyway you want with no extra charge. Their services are so popular that they can be cool with you and not once ask you to buy something unless you ask if you can buy it. ****UPDATE**** Shad just called me and explained his return policy. 85% back He then proceeded to tell me that NO OTHER COMPANY HAS A RETURN POLICY. He must not buy from J&P CYCLES, Lifestyle Cycles, Cycle gear or Amazon, or Target, or Home Depot, or anywhere else for that matter. I asked him to have his boss call me, and he refused to let me talk to production manager who he earlier told me he was the owner. As with the last reviewer, I am extremely disappointed in my decision to do business with this company. I always try to shop the local shops first, just help out a small business. But this one needs to go away. . On 7/26 I rode up to the shop for a new seat. Shad had a solid piece of foam placed on my 2003 FXDWG. this foam had no cover and it fit on the bike pretty good and I fit on that fair. At this time we spoke about two things, 1) being a little far back compared to the seat that I rode in on 2) It being a little too wide in the front. Shad mentioned that if I wanted to go more then 1/2 inch forward it would require extra cost but that 1/2 inch was doable at no charge. He also agreed to narrow the front. We looked at different patterns of material and he mentioned addition $25 for a pattern, he also showed me the gel insert for $95. I decided to go with the gel insert and no pattern. I paid $395 cash to make the seat. On Wednesday I called and asked if the builders knew that it was suppose to be narrower in the front, because it was not written down anywhere on the order. They could not find a copy of the receipt and took my name and number, but never returned my call. On Thursday 7/28 i received a call saying the seat was complete. On Saturday, I drove up there to pick up the seat, and the older gentleman could not find his copy of the receipt, but gave me the seat. He made a comment about the look of the gel in a plain vinyl cover, and mentioned that because Shad were new to the business, he did not know as much about the finished products. This seat was not made to the specifications listed above. This is a stock seat with the gel insert. On Tuesday 8/2 (just two days after picking up my seat) I called about the seat. I was too far back, even more so with the gel and I cannot easily reach the brake or the shiftier peg. It was too wide in the front and the solid cover with the gel made it look like an old worn out seat. There is a noticeable change between the foam and the gel. The displays that are in the office did not show any evidence of this. Shad suggested that I bring it down (calling ahead) and that the team would fix while I waited. I was willing to pay for an cover, as they were willing to fix the fitment. Today, 8/19 i called to let them know that i was on my way and they said some different things. Today they said that any modification to the seat was to be at my cost and the recover would be almost $300. The same price as a new seat they said. They also said that I would have to leave it. I mentioned on the phone I leave for Australia on Monday 8/22 and will not return until 9/15/2016, so Shad then suggested that i return it for a complete refund. I am taking them up on that offer. After hearing Shad laugh at me on the phone over my frustrations, So far everything that thye have said is false it has cost me money and time and there should be some consequence for this. I ride with a few motorcycle groups and I will not recommend the seat company to anyone. IF THEY REFUND MY MONEY IN A TIMELY MANNER ( they have no refund policy printed on the receipt.) I will let it drop and just not talk about it, If not I will continue to educate my friends and acquaintances on the poor business practices I will update when all complete. I can't address the negative reviews. I'd done a lot of research and all the feedback I had recieved about this company had been top notch. I live in So Cal and their shop is only a half hour ride from my home so this was a big plus for me. I was looking for a solo seat for my 2011 super glide custom to replace the harley sundowner 'couch' that had been on the bike since I'd bought it, which I found to be uncomfortable as well as not doing anything for the look of the bike. I called and spoke with them on the phone and after telling them what I was interested in, they invited me to come to their shop and get a better look at all the options. This was an easy and smooth transaction from start to finish. The seats are hand made for each customer. The seat was made and ready to pick up within a weeks time and even a few days earlier than I had expected. The seat was absolutely flawless and exactly what I was looking for. It also fits the contours of the frame better than any other solo made IMO, and does wonders for the entire look of the bike. As for comfort, I've spent hours riding with this seat with no problems. It gives just enough lumbar support to prevent all the fatique that many of the other solo's are known for. The owner was very personable and easy to talk to. This is a small shop that takes the time necessary to put out an excellent product without all the attitudes and lousy customer service. I own a Honda Fury and I have been using the C&C solo seat for about a year, and have loved it! Is is amazingly more comfortable then the standard seat that comes with the bike. The standard Fury seat made my butt hurt in about 30 minutes of riding, but i can ride for well over an hour with the C&C seat. I like the solo seat so much that I decided to purchase the C&C Sports tour seat, so that my girlfriend could ride with me. Now I have to admit that the Solo seat is more comfortable but I think that is because I've been using it for a year, and the Touring seat is still getting molding to my behind. However, with that said, the Touring seat is still great, and way better then the standard Fury seat. Also my girlfriend loves how comfortable the wide passenger seat is. As for customer service, well I've read some of the negative reviews, but I had a very good experience with the staff at C&C. I came in on a Saturday, they greeted me right away. I told them what I wanted, and they showed me a few different saddles for my bike, and also showed me both the vinyl and leather saddles. They also gave me a very good deal on the saddle I did buy from them, and they couldn't have been more friendlier. I would highly recommend them and the great motorcycle saddles they make. read more

I was stunned by the unprofessional customer service by owners I have ever received. C & C does not guarantee their work. I've never posted a negative comment towards any business but how I was treated I feel I need to do this. I Purchased my custom seat in 2012 my problem is after riding about 100 miles or so my butt was starting to feel it. I neglected it all this time and finally I thought maybe I can get this corrected. I called C&C and spoke to one of the owners Chuck and explained my problem and suggested shaving some of the foam off the back end of the seat. And making it flatter which would probably solve my problem, whatever it would take I would pay for it. I scheduled a day to take my seat in, coming from Riverside to Paramount, when I got there I handed the seat to Chuck he showed the seat to his co-owner Chuy who said he would not work on it. I asked Chuck if he would ask Chuy to come out and talk to me and he wouldn't even do that. Anybody in my shoes would feel the same way. Stunned. I called later during the day and talk to Chuck about how I felt I was treated and he hung up on me. Later that day I got online and called Danny Gray custom motorcycle seats, Explain my situation and they told me they could help and to bring the seat in tomorrow. I met with Lars one of the owners he spent a good 45 minutes to an hour counseling me on my seat. He took care of me, solved my problem and now all is good. I would say if you're looking to purchase a custom seat Danny gray is the place to buy an absolutely ask for Lars. He truly cares and will give you a great product as well as great customer service. Why would anybody do business with C&C and be treated like garbage? read more
