We needed maintenance on our 2021 Club Car. We called Nate's Golf Carts and explained the issues…read morewe were having. He said he could have someone pickup the cart and would have it returned once repaired. He literally picked up the golf cart the next day and had it returned in less than 2 days. He called once he had the golf cart in the shop and explained the repairs and cost. Very honest and fixed all our issues. We will continue to always use Nate's Golf Carts for our golf cart maintenance.

About 3 weeks ago, we contacted the owner, Nate, to purchase and install 6 new batteries in addition to the cushion. On the day of scheduled delivery and installation, the technician did not show up. We called Nate, and he claimed the technician had a flat tire. He promised that either he or the technician would be there before dark. No one showed up. We called the next day to re-schedule and several times thereafter. Each time there was no answer, so we left messages. As of today, no one has returned our call. We will NEVER again attempt to do business with Nate's Golf Carts or recommend them to our friends.
