I am there begging them to take my money, and they are refusing because they are scared of a 36 cents processing fee! I will NEVER go here again, I dont care if my copies cost $20.01, I would rather break-out my grand-dads mimeograph and get covered with toxic ink before these idiots ever get a dime of my money! Advice: stay away! Advice to owners: lock doors and post a big sign saying "We don't want your money" on the front window.

after a year of reviewing this location again in regard to their home postal delivery…read more i have called on several times to keep INFORMING the managers that ANSWERED AFTER SEVERAL TRIED CALLS AND RINGING AT LENGHT THAT We keep getting mail at my home with a variety of different names and businesses! even though the family name is on the mail box plus inside the mail box and several other areas... the carriers still place other names in the box i have placed tapped notes on the lid to make sure. i have set up several security cameras and i noticed that the carriers just look at the address and place it in the box! one regular delivery is when we have a constant carrier and the reason the post office gives is that the replaced carrier is the cause! not acceptable! i have had my own mail delivered to other neighbors too! and missing bills! i have requested that when they sort the mail at the ofice to place customers name visible for that address! this will cut down on mis deliveries! frustrating is mounting! train to look if the names match the address and requirements should have each address post their names on each box inside and out! the people i talk to are apologetic and concerned the carriers should be more observant! a hard job that needs our compassion but constantly getting wrong mail or not receiving expected mail needs to be addressed now! I firmly believe that the departure of Mario he was making great headway in keeping mail going to whom it belongs but who ever replaced him seems that person does not have it under control plus inside the Post Office still has many poor reviews! Let's make 2026 that this location rises to a more acceptable level and replace whom ever with making this location BETTER! Time for CHANGE!

From banners, sell sheets and smaller signage, he has always had my best interest in mind when trying to come up with the perfect solution to my problem. He is quick and efficient and understands that sometimes things happen last minute! They always provide me with a detailed invoice and proof before final production, and my favorite part about working with them is the fact that their communication is FAST! Customer service is not lost on them, and that is exactly how there is no doubt that I will always work with Signarama and Shaun for my future marketing material needs ( and there are multiple competitors in the area!)

Tom Grave, the owner, was…read moreextremely unresponsive--I called the office at least six times and only received one call back. Communication with HIM was poor throughout the entire process. The Staff at this location, Cindy, Amy Shaun have been GREAT at taking my messages and delivering them to Tom. Tom just doesn't think much of his customers to actually call them back. Even worse, my signage was delivered 45 days later than promised, and only after I repeatedly pushed for completion. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the delay, and certainly no offer to make things right. For a business that should understand the importance of timelines and customer service, this was unacceptable. This office used to be owned and run by Michael Sepinuck. He sold to Tom and the quality, and integrity of this business fell precipitously as a result... Due to Tom. If you look at their website, you will see Miachel listed with a picture, but you will NOT see a bio or picture of Tom Grave. If you're looking for reliability, professionalism, or even basic courtesy, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Willie J. Sanders, Jr.
