I was greeted by the boutique staff and was told about new styles arriving every week, and are size inclusive from S- 3X. They are open 7 days a week. And if you have a salon appointment, then you get 10% off any boutique sales. The salon is positioned at the back of the store. A quiet little spot to get pampered. Products smell good. And they do NOT use Aveda products which is a Plus in my book.

There's a lot of fun gift ideas, but I will say the main items are geared towards children or women. I did find a shampoo bar I've been wanting, but was also browsing their cook books and candles. I found a new shop to consider when buying gifts for my two sisters. ‍ The staff were welcoming and nice and they talked up some of their chocolates at the checkout area. I absolutely loved ALL the jewelry. It's about a 30-minute drive from where I live, but it's definitely worth the trip, and hey, maybe I'll catch a movie too. The real icing on the cake was Julie. She was so pleasant and engaging and truly made me feel welcome. Great customer service is rare these days, and she nailed it-thank you, Julie! The young lady at the counter was pleasant and checked on the price of a chain necklace for me that was on a shelf towards the back of the boutique. It was marked at $32. I thought it was a little high, but the neighborhood is also a factor, so understood. There were a nice array of accessories, which I am a fan of. Lots of nice purses, Dooney & Burke, and necklaces and earrings. Fortunately for myself, there were clip-ons as well. I like that it is all organized by size and then color. I want gender neutral colorful clothes so its very easy for me to find my babies current size and the next size up. It is a hunt like all the other consignment and preowned stores. I always think the hunt is worth it and its very satisfying finding a deal. The sales woman said it would be about half hour to go through them. we came back then and they said they would only take 2 items out of 30. She said they are not excepting girls clothes sizes 4-10 at this time. Why would they not tell us when we came in or have a sign saying that. They crumble the clothes and threw them back in the basket. Don't ever go to that store again.
