We put one of them in the microwave for 5 seconds just to melt the chocolate inside and wow the chocolate was owy gooey melted while the outside was still flaky and buttery! The quiche we actually had it the next day. I put it back in the oven 325 For 15 minutes. Checking in between when I was close to five minutes left to make sure they didn't burn. Cutting the slice the layers looked great! Starting from the bottom there was A layer of pie, A layer of ham, on top of that a layer of egg and finally a layer of cheese. The crust was a little thick for my liking but it was still very good. I was very impressed by the Chocolatines so I would definitely get more of those!
