They told me 2 weeks ago that I could pick up what they had made (it was a compound) and that I needed to pay it all up front, then I could pick up the rest after it was made. I went in on Saturday, November 22 and they told me they had to have payment before they gave me any. I explained what was said and that I was paying and then I was informed that what they had made for me had been dispensed to someone else. They said it was a 'communication error'. They had the prescription for almost an entire month. The sales girl was incredibly rude and had a smirk on her face when I tried to explain. When I told her it was the pharmacies error she laughed and said 'ok' I told them to forget it and would go somewhere else. I will never ever go there again and I will tell anyone else to not go there.

Called and said we wouldn't get an order if we were even a second after…read more8pm so we parked right out front slightly out of line the marked spot with the hazards on to sprint inside, to run in and save their time as we were right on the line and they wasted time making us move our car even though the marked spot was right next to the door right next to our parked spot. Product is almost as bad as the lady who worked the front with highlighted hair, wish we would've got her name. What's even worse is someone arrived after us at 8pm and they let him in. Would never recommend this place in a million years. I recommend the staff undergo some sort of customer service training as they are rude over the phone and in person to paying customers.
