In those two…read moreyears, I have spent nearly $2,000 dollars, most of that money going down a black hole as dealers and other smaller businesses charged me upward of $500 a pop each time I brought my car in. For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable if you have to wait while they work on your car. I can't say enough good things about this small, family business except to say they've been in business for over thirty years. Their treatment of me is the reason why. I highly recommend these folks. They are good, honest people!

Last night, my wife took her 2019 Mercedes E300 to Sam's Club to have a tire replaced. After…read morewaiting nearly two hours for them to bring the vehicle into the shop, she was told they could not complete the service because her lug nuts were supposedly "stripped." Later that evening, she took the vehicle to Tire Kingdom on 50 and Mariner, where she was told the lug nuts were too stripped and would need to be cut off. They advised her to return the following morning, which understandably left her frustrated and unsure of what to do. I had an appointment scheduled today at Revennaugh's Service Center for my Cadillac Escalade. Since my wife needed transportation to work, I let her take my vehicle instead. When I arrived at Revennaugh's, a gentleman with a long beard came out and greeted me. He recognized me as the customer with the Cadillac Escalade, and I explained the situation with my wife's Mercedes. He immediately said, "Of course, we can take a look at it." While I was looking for the key for the Mercedes' lug nuts, he inspected the vehicle and told me, "They don't look stripped at all. We can definitely take a look at it." I handed him the lug nut key, and he took it into the shop. Within about five minutes, he came back and told me they were able to remove the lug nuts with ease and that the new tire would be installed within the next 5-10 minutes. A few minutes later, he came back out and said, "Your car is all set and ready to go." I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, efficiency, and customer service I received at Revennaugh's Service Center. They could have easily told me the same thing the other shops did, but instead they took the time to actually inspect the vehicle and get the job done. The quality of service and overall customer experience were outstanding. I will absolutely be bringing both my Cadillac and my wife's Mercedes back to Revennaugh's whenever we need service in the future. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of us and treating us like valued customers!
