She really wanted to make sure we were both on the same page and really cared about giving me exactly what I wanted. She saved my hair after it was ruined by multiple bad dye jobs and it looks incredible. I couldn't be happier! My hair was fried and brittle at the ends from being bleached and now it's so soft and shiny, The color blend is absolutely gorgeous and a way more natural and softer look. She knows what she's doing! Not only did she give me a beautiful cut and color but she educated me on my hair type and how to take care of it correctly and gave me so many hair care tips and tricks from washing and blow drying correctly and trimming my own bangs the proper way. She spent so much time with me! She won me over as a new long-term client after a year of salon hopping. Thank you so much Kris and I look forward to my next appointment!

Kasia is that and more. I did a trial with her, she showed up on time and really listened to what I was asking of her. Both my makeup and hair turned out great. Actually, my hair probably would've stayed up for a second day because she did such a great job. In the end, I knew was a professional who knows what she's doing so I let her do what she thought was best. The result: amazing! I really can't express how happy I was with her work, she did my wedding makeup and hair as well as my bridesmaids and mom. Her pricing for my group was very reasonable. Everyone was pleased. To top it all off, I put my dress on and realized I didn't have any lotion on my legs. SHE SAT ON THE TOILET AND PUT LOTION ON MY LEGS (!!) so I wouldn't get oil on my dress. Being the lady, and business women, whom she is, Kasia has chosen not to comment on the one star she received below. I had tried getting my makeup done before with other people but it didn't look like me and I felt that it was too much makeup. Jennifer really listened to what I wanted and I looked like myself. We did a practice session before the wedding and my husband couldn't stop looking at me. On the day of the wedding, her and her team arrived right on time (even about 15 minutes early). Jennifer has a wonderful and calm demeanor when she is doing the hair and makeup, which really helped to calm a nervous bride's nerves and make me feel at ease. And, Y'all. She did some amazing work. I really, really love this cut. Couple notes about the space--her studio is in a very accessible West Hollywood shopping center (yes parking validation, up to 90 minutes!)
