As soon as Joyti started speaking, we knew we'd be in good hands. When we arrived, it was like being welcomed by family. The team here is friendly, warm, and honestly, just so fun to be around. As soon as we arrived, Joyti started pulling amazing options for my fiancée and Justin started figuring out an outfit for me. We tried on a bunch of beautiful options and Joyti and Justin always had honest feedback. They're truly here to make customers happy, not just to make a sale. We settled on the options as pictured and received so many compliments throughout the evening. The team here is unmatched. We can't wait to come back!

The owner and her husband were very welcoming and kind. They allowed me time to browse, and then I was measured and shown to an area that worked for my budget. I felt comfortable, and the owner was so helpful in trying to find me an outfit that fit me well and was in my budget. I actually bought two outfits even though I only needed one! I will be returning to buy some jewelry and shoes. You should come shop here; you will be treated well, and they have a huge selection.

Dogs must be leashed, and of course, be respectful of merchandise and be sure to take your pup outside for bathroom breaks. The mall is small enough to easily go outside to the parking lot. Individual stores have their own policies, so check with a staff member before you go in. We stopped by to get lunch and enjoyed the outdoor patios of both The Twisted Crab and Bar Louie. We popped into GameStop, Bath & Body Works, Auntie Anne's Pretzels, and Panera Bread has an outdoor patio for the pups! In addition to shopping at some great stores and eating at some nice restaurants, you can use the mall as a convenient place to take your dog for an indoor walk. The mall hosts events too, so take a look at their website/social media for current happenings.

Macys and JCPenney are magically still around as the anchors. There are some stores, but nothing really to keep you coming back here. I mean, unless Express Factory Store is your forte. I'm not sure what will save the mall at this point, but it seems like some restaurants are keeping afloat here. There's a Panera, a Bar Louie, a Barnes and Noble, Red Robin..... The location is kinda tough. Just a lot of traffic, so it's a bit of a pain for someone like me to get there. In the same amount of time I spend on Route 18, I could easily be at Menlo Park Pall or even Quaker Bridge Mall.

Am I being to picky, don't have the right size, my laundry method, etc. I have made multiple size purchases of the same t-shirts, changed laundry cycle and have kept buying t-shirts for the possibility that I may have had bad luck with individual T-shirt of the production lot. Nothing has changed. Something just feels off with the T-shirts they stock from my experience. I have purchased some of the same shirts online from other vendors to see how they fit in comparison-they haven't arrived yet. This is an odd review I know, but I just want to have it out there in case someone else is experiencing the same. Although it probably just me being overly picky. Thanks!

I told her he was a service dog and she said he wasn't because he wasn't wearing a vest. I told her it wasn't required for a dog to wear a vest. She said that it was and that they didn't allow dogs because they pee in the store. I told her that that wasn't a properly trained service dog then and that my dog had never peed in any establishment. Then she went on to tell me I couldn't bring my dog in because she had her 16 year old dog in the store and her dog has a medical condition. I told her again that it was against the law to deny access to a service animal. She said without proper paperwork she wouldn't let me in. I informed her that there is no such legal documentation nor is it legal to ask for documentation and that by ADA laws you can ask 2 questions: "is this a service animal and required because of a disability?" And "what work or task has this animal been trained to preform?" This information is posted prominently on the ADA.gov website and is easily accessible. She asked me the questions and I told her that he was a medical alert dog trained for cardiac alert and she said that's not real. I once again informed her that denying us access was illegal. She told me that it was just store policy and she's just an employee. So my dog and I left. I didn't see it posted anywhere that only service animals were allowed. Until they inform themselves of the law and inform their employees I cannot recommend going to this store. (Also why is your 16 year old dog allowed to be in the store but my service animal isn't??)
