Several days later when the ant problem still persisted, he dropped some more ant traps on my doorstep while I was out- the same ant traps that failed to work the first time. When I contacted him with my concerns, there was no resolution. I had to use another product to take care of the problem. They cost me $60 in service fees plus $35 is food I had to throw away because it was infested with ants. Terrible customer service, ineffective treatment, poor communication and no refund.
