What has not been seen on my property, because I made the decision to invest in a protection system, like sentricon, are termites that are active on the undeveloped lot next to me. Our property is safe and secure from a termite infestation. It was totally worth the money because it provides a piece of mind.On a much more mundane note, the owner and the employees from Smart Termite & Pest Control are professional, prompt and courteous in the delivery of their services. When there is a surge of bugs , they come out at no charge to lay down more repellent to make our home more comfortable. And we've had an tsuanmi of field mice, dislocated due to the nearby building boom, none of which have come into our garage or residence because of the appropriate treatment Smart Termite & Pest Control had deployed to the exterior of my property. Several days later when the ant problem still persisted, he dropped some more ant traps on my doorstep while I was out- the same ant traps that failed to work the first time. When I contacted him with my concerns, there was no resolution. I had to use another product to take care of the problem. They cost me $60 in service fees plus $35 is food I had to throw away because it was infested with ants. Terrible customer service, ineffective treatment, poor communication and no refund. The techs are great, 3 stars for them, minus 2 stars for their crappy customer service. Oddly, I called the Washington County Tax Assessors office to resolve a tax issue, Woman answers the phone and resolved my tax issue in under 5 min. the County manages 91,460 households but somehow a private exterminating company feels the need to use AI and 3 different people to complete a very simple task, unbelievable!
