All of the people doing the work have been great and put a lot of effort and attention into their craft. We have also found our project manager, Cody, and the rest of the KCCNE staff to be very responsive to any questions/issues. And finally, when issues arise, as they inevitably do in projects of this size, KCCNE has been very easy to work with to get the issue resolved. No fuss or any problems. I definitely recommend KCCNE.

This is the only stone place that I have ever been to and I always have found what I wanted. This time they just did not have the supply in stock that they usually have. Their suppliers were way far behind in delivering orders. Despite this Joe helped me to understand what was out there and what I should be looking at and what I should be looking for in the future. He and Alan were such a great help to me. And they were just so so pleasant. I really appreciated their help and their kindness. I spoke to Anthony the owner and he was very kind as well. Definitely a great place to go get stone but give them a chance to build up that stock again.

At first glance the place is really small, in a strip mall. When you walk in it's very low key, no glitz and glamour, no cheesy salespeople, no pressure- thank goodness! We told Milton (love him!) that we wanted a queen bed- he showed us our options and told us their prices (ranging from $200-300). He let us know that we could finance (if you pay off in 90 days it's interest free), gave us choices on frames and a delivery price. Everything was extremely reasonable, and the application for financing was super fast. My wife and i were so relieved that we didn't have to search all over, weren't pressured into anything, didn't have to deal with upselling- honestly, i don't think I'd go anywhere else to get a mattress. They make their own headboards and will start selling them in a few weeks so we'll be back! So glad we went here!!!!!

I have never heard from Steve again. Steve was absolutely no help at all. I spent a lot of money and got extremely poor service. Steve made his money and I was on my own.
