It was very informative and reasonably informal so we progressed several sessions. Probably cost a fraction of the cost of going to solicitors without the threatening letters. It was easy having the sessions in Insole Court where we have done activities with our kids. Although we were given a lot of information and support it was all done in a friendly manner which makes it easier moving on.
