If planning to use this agency for translation services, please consider that they have been blacklisted by multiple professional translator organizations and websites, and they make a habit of not paying translators. Any translator they can convince to work with them will necessarily be new to the industry, and thus you can hardly call their translations professionally done. I would seriously hesitate to choose them for any translation where accuracy, quality, and consistency are important.
