He was able to locate issues that we did not see requiring immediate repair, and potential issues that could cost us money in the future if not cared for. Mike was very knowledgable and thorough during the inspection and explained what he was looking for during the inspection process. Mike utilized several advanced tools such as a FLIR thermal imager and moisture meter to detect water leaks on drywall, and plumbing. He also used the thermal imager to find air ducts that needed sealing to prevent heating and cooling loss from the HVAC. Mike also measured the amount of moisture in the exposed walls of the basement. I was very impressed with the detailed home inspection report which documented issues with photographs.
