They skimped on amount of concrete, newer put any reinforcing rods in the rear patio (not sure about the front sidewalk, did not slant the patio away front the rear of the patio (causing water to collect on the surface). Patio started to crack significantly after less than 6 months. No expansion cuts were made in the concrete. The workers did not cleanup the mess they made, including splattered concrete on our vinyl siding. I had the patio torn up and replaced by another contractor at the additional cost of $16,000...on top of the almost $15,000. I paid AOT Contracting. (AKA JUST ON TIME CONTRACTING). Worst job ever for me.

Phone calls went unanswered, text messages were ignored, and instead of scheduling an appointment, he showed up unannounced at 10:15 a.m., waking me up by climbing onto my roof without any prior notice. It's now been over a week, and I still have not received an estimate. At no point did he discuss the scope of the work, explain what repairs were needed, or provide any pricing. What was most frustrating is that he never even inspected the two areas we specifically called about. Those were the main problem areas, yet there was no investigation whatsoever. Instead, he simply took a few photos while standing on the roof and left. I was left with pictures but no answers, no diagnosis, and no estimate. I was also surprised to learn that the company does not offer any workmanship warranties. While that may be their business policy, it did not give me confidence. When you're trusting someone with one of the most important parts of your home, standing behind the quality of your work matters. Overall, the lack of communication, the unannounced visit, the failure to inspect the areas we were actually concerned about, the absence of an estimate even after more than a week, and the lack of any workmanship warranty left me with a very poor impression. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
