Nothing could be more true than in dealing with electricity: things simply have to be done right. When I contacted Neil, the work to be done was not major; it was less than the ability of a Master Electrician. Yet this is the first assurance a home owner can have, i.e., talent beyond what actually is needed. The second assurance Neil gave me - in having to do some electrical "detective work" - was that he he would not leave until the job was done. And this was less than 24 hours after my first contact with him. So, yes, I am very pleased with how things turned out. I would anticipate that this is the standard Neil sets in everything he does.

I found Daryn to be very polite, and with over 14 yrs of experience - to be a very capable individual. We have found our new go to company for our business repairs...

If safety in your home is a big deal, the only electrical company to ever call is Electrician…read moreMagician. I once heard the owner say, "check your electrical panel at least once a year. Listen for buzzing and if you hear some, call us right away." I checked my electrical panel when I got home that day and sure enough I heard buzzing. You're not supposed to hear buzzing. I called the Electrician Magician and the very next day - the owner himself was standing on my porch at 8:00am with tools in his had. Long story short, the buzzing in my panel was coming from a faulty breaker. I learned the buzzing is actually a fire hazard so I'm glad I checked... so should you. Before Neal left my place I showed him an electrical outlet in my basement that didn't work - in fact it never worked. Two years ago I had my basement finished and that outlet have never worked. How frustrating is that? I've even had the electrician who wired my basement in the first place look at it... and he couldn't figure it out either. I didn't think there was a solution... I just figured Neal would say - I can't see behind the dry wall... if it doesn't work it will never work. Here's the magical part... Neal asked me a few select questions about how my basement had been wired... I vaguely recalled... and three minutes later the outlet was working. Neal opened up what I thought was a random outlet and found a wires that weren't connected. Holy crap was I ever impressed! My breaker was replaced for a new one and now I had an outlet back that I couldn't use before. I've called on the Electrician Magician a few times since. I've referred them to others. They're great. They truly care about your safety. I think they really are magicians because my problems magically disappeared...

Excellent value for the money, and his rate is much more affordable than big furnace companies (the service he provided was also much better - he found multiple problems and solved them right away). He showed me all of the issues and made sure I knew what my options were to address them, letting me know the price of each option up front. He is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems, is very efficient, and has excellent customer service. Adrian also installed our Nest thermostat for us and took time to show me how it operates (again, charged less than big furnace companies and have us a three year extension on our Nest Warranty as he is a certified Nest Pro Installer). I will not hesitate to contact Adrian HVAC for any of our future heating/ cooling needs and am relieved to have found a reliable, affordable, trustworthy, and high quality furnace repair service (after a series of nightmares with larger furnace companies in town). Skip the frustration & contact Adrian HVAC!

The majority of the work was completed satisfactorily apart from three motion sensor lights that didn't work properly. We contacted Gravity and was assured they'd be fixed under warranty; however, when the installer came back, we were charged $150.00 for a troubleshooting call, even though he couldn't fix the lights. One light we had to replace ourselves, another required ladder work to adjust, the third was removed. We spoke at length with someone in the office, and even had an email conversation with the owner. There was no compromise, no concession on Gravity's part.
