To pass inspection we ended up hiring another local electrician to repair the mistakes and poor workmanship left by Bill Hill Electrical. Management was rude and condescending, spending more time yapping on the phone than to concern himself with any of our problems. If we could give a "0" star review we would, we would not recommend Big Hill Electrical to anyone.

After 4 hrs, and repeated attempts to try and get ahold of this other company, I went searching for a different company to assist me. The receptionist at 4-Star answered promptly, and within minutes, I had Daryn C , the electrician, booked 1st thing Wed AM.( the next day) Daryn arrived promptly, identified himself, and we walked thru the issue. He confirmed the cost of the job, and obtained necessary supplies within 30 min of arriving. He also was able to offer different suggestions in case we needed to update our lighting system in the future, as our fixtures were becoming dated. The majority of the work was completed satisfactorily apart from three motion sensor lights that didn't work properly. We contacted Gravity and was assured they'd be fixed under warranty; however, when the installer came back, we were charged $150.00 for a troubleshooting call, even though he couldn't fix the lights. One light we had to replace ourselves, another required ladder work to adjust, the third was removed. We spoke at length with someone in the office, and even had an email conversation with the owner. There was no compromise, no concession on Gravity's part. If you use them, make sure you understand what work they will guarantee, and be especially careful if you are advised (as we were) to purchase your own light fixtures.

Was referred to Mike to install our electrical for a new hot tub. He came out, did a site…read moreinspection and was very thorough in his explanation of what was needed and the work he needed to do. He also did a load calculation as part of the site inspection which the city inspector needed to see as part of the permit process so was thankful for his foresigh! The interior work was done ahead of the delivery and you would never know they ran anything new it was that well done. The day our hot tub arrived, it was a very quick connection and he did a great job to hide the cable as best he could given the location of the tub on the pad and the options for drilling into the tub to run the wire. Overall, we are extremely happy with the service and the quote was very fair based on the other quotes we got. What made us decide on dealing with Mike is his personal approach and his fantastic communication and timely follow up. I would highly recommend Mike for any of your electrical needs.
